One of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had in a long time. I love Wild Wings but this location did not do it justice and was actually very upsetting, I will not return to this location ever again.
We went the four of us on a Sunday at 7:30 pm. The restaurant was completely empty.
The waiter was poorly trained if trained at all. I’ve had experience waiting tables and this was the worst service I have ever seen.
First off, he had an earbud in his ear while waiting our table.
Secondly, he carried a PIPING HOT plate of nachos out on a tray and placed it on the edge of the table over our lap and did not mention it was HOT. We touched the plate to move it away from the edge and got burned. I’ve seen waitresses carry hot plates in their hands and still mention to the customer to be careful because the plate may be HOT!!
Thirdly, when he brought the nachos he failed to mention they didn’t have sour cream, so he supplemented it with ranch but did not tell us… who likes ranch with their nachos??
Fourthly, apparently the boneless Mango Habanero wings come with the sauce on the side??? But somehow our other boneless wing order were tossed?
Fifthly, since when does wild wing not serve a celery and carrot stick with a wing order? We received none, and ordered 4 wing plates.
Sixthly, since when does wild wing not give you towelette sanitizing wipes after your wing orders??
Seventhly, the bathrooms here have not been cleaned in a while and were so gross none of us ended up using them and didn’t want to even touch anything.
The wings and sauces were delicious as always, but there could be serious improvements to the service and cleanliness at this location that should be highly recommended.

The food was excellent we were very happy with everything the customer service was very nice goldy was a very kind we got our food fast and the restaurant was very clean the bathroom were clean it over all was a good experience from were ever you sit there Is a view of a TV this is my 3 going and every time me and my family leave happy

Walking in to an empty restaurant was the first sign. As a family of 6, 4 of which are kids it really was super unfortunate there was NO kid menus. So imagine paying for adult meals for 4 kids two of which are under 5. We did feel a little rushed to order even tho we were really the only people in there. I tried to order a sangria and they said they didn’t have any and I was like really your menu says you do he then says it doesn’t sell well here. Uh okay. Another red flag. My stomach was saying to get up and walk out but I had hungry kids. So we get our food and honestly I was really shocked to see the portion on a double wing order meal. I should have taken a picture because I kid you not there was 15 fries in the little bowl. The boneless breaded wings were absolutely so dry and hard to bite into. My two youngest didn’t even eat their meal they were splitting. The whole ordeal was just unsettling from the moment I walked in. We didn’t have a huge issue with the one man service per se, he was kind and eager to try to help us find meals that worked for kids. But it was just a odd experience. I’ve had othet bad experiences here but they were on takeout. I do not recommend and it’s so unfortunate since Paris is already so small and no restaurants. Also we paid $130 mind you all four daughter split two meals.

The restaurant was empty when our party of 15 arrived which should have been a sign to begin with, and we noticed that many of the tables needed to be cleaned. The food was decent but many of our orders got messed up and our correct order finally arrived as we were leaving. One of us ordered a mushroom burger and it only came with one mushroom on the top of the burger. Every single one of our pops were extremely watered down. There was only one working bathroom and it was a men’s one and the toilet didn’t even flush. We noticed that there was only one server working. When we were paying the server put things on our bills that we didn’t order and was extremely rude to us through our stay. We were really disappointed and will not be returning and will also be spreading the word to others.

Now I know why this place wasn’t busy. The service was terrible. 7 in our party and after the appetizer a meal comes for one of the 7 it took well over 30 mins for the rest of us to get our meals. One staff working the floor and half the time he was on his phone. I am guessing only one person working in the kitchen and from reading other reviews I believe there is only one cook.

They are not trustworthy in term of employment. They earn money in a wrong way( cheat people by promising to give job, fake documentation),and have a direct tie up with kaizon immigration. Recently, I had disappointing experience with them. I request you guys, don’t believe on them in term of job offer.

Racist, do not use any African name cause once they know you are African they will reduce your portion. I have been ordering from Uber with my second namee Cleo and let me tell you, the portions were better. One day decided to go in store to purchase, the manager looked and and suggested I order from Uber eats as it would be cheaper. Since that day, my orders have reduced in size. Today ordered the special, buy 1 and get one free ..only received one portion and they don't give a damn.! A friend who is not African ordered the same and the portions were significantly larger than mine. AFRICANS NOT WELCOMED HERE UNLESS YOU DISGUISED!!!!!
