Very nice locally owned restaurant. Indoor or outdoor seating The food came out quickly and was hot and tasty. Their homemade pies and desserts are great.

Small family dinner. Their famous butter tarts are sooooo delicious 😋!!! Even if you don't eat in you can purchase the decadent baked goods! We came here for lunch after a round of golf ⛳ and enjoyed the schnitzel on the bun and Caesar Salad with a delicious Ceasar drink. Friendly staff and great service.

First time visitor. First the positives. Possibly the best buttertarts on the planet. The patio is very pretty and the service was great. Unfortunately the meal was basic. Ordered a wrap that promised bacon and got a few crumbs of bacon. Seriously, crumbs. It was bland and uninspiring. The fresh cut fries were greasy and limp and not appetizing at all. In my opinion, too expensive for what I received. Won’t return for a meal but will definitely pop in for dessert.

we stopped here because it was close to the Butterfly Conservatory and we had two hungry toddlers. there was only one other table seated. took a while for someone to take our order and then 40 minutes for the food. it's chicken fingers and fries..... nothing extravagant. it's a shame because the desserts and food were excellent.

Today I visited Frannies for the first time, with my mother. We had breakfast that was very good, 5 stars. I purchased a fresh strawberry pie to take home. Was told it was a day old so they reduced the price to $22.00. Unfortunately, would like to say it was the worst pie I have ever bought. The crust totally fell apart was over cooked and was soggy. I scooped the strawberries off and through the rest in the garbage. Total waste of money.
Our server was very nice and made our visit a pleasant one.

Waited over an hour for our food, and when finally got it, it was cold. The waitress never came in to refill our coffee. Very disappointing.

The food was great, service excellent and friendly atmosphere.

We totally enjoyed our lunch today. First visit but not our last. The food was delicious and the service by Jordan was excellent. The hanging baskets and barrels are stunning. Next time we’ll have to leave room for an ice cream at the cute little shack. Thanks again!

We went with friends to Frannies last night. Very disappointed. We had to wear our coats the whole time as it was cold. The food isn’t near as good as it used to be. The coconut cream pie was 1/4 coconut filling and 3/4 cream topping so all you tasted was the cream filling. Last time we go to

Cozy, family, updated atmosphere with wonderful service. Laughing and friendly, connected and on the coffee! Had ham and Swiss eggs Benedict came with home fries and a deliciously fresh fruit bowl. The eggs Benedict were cold and the home fries were mashed, which would be fine if they were fully fried.... Also cold. Grab something at the bakery....hope to see these folks at the Midland Buttertart Festival this year!!! Thank you :)
