It was a great time here.
My second time visiting.
Prompt service and a quality breakfast.
It took me years to find out about it but it's worth stopping in if you're looking for breakfast in the area.

Kid-friendliness: It is kid friendly.

We went with friends to Frannies last night. Very disappointed. We had to wear our coats the whole time as it was cold. The food isn’t near as good as it used to be. The coconut cream pie was 1/4 coconut filling and 3/4 cream topping so all you tasted was the cream filling. Last time we go to

We have always found the service to be exceptional, with food food and generous servings. It is a favourite brunch spot for ourselves and to meet with friends and family.

Kid-friendliness: Very family friendly

Wheelchair accessibility: Only outdoor patio is wheelchair chair accessible. Entry to restaurant required walking up a few steps.

Cozy, family, updated atmosphere with wonderful service. Laughing and friendly, connected and on the coffee! Had ham and Swiss eggs Benedict came with home fries and a deliciously fresh fruit bowl. The eggs Benedict were cold and the home fries were mashed, which would be fine if they were fully fried.... Also cold. Grab something at the bakery....hope to see these folks at the Midland Buttertart Festival this year!!! Thank you :)

I went to Frannies Aug 17th for dinner. I ordered the hot turkey sandwich. Unfotunately it was the worst hot turkey I've ever had. Gravy was not like gravy. Very startchy. It was like water thickened with flour. Fries were barely done. Tried scraping the gravy off the turkey and the little tiny piece of bread it was served on. The turkey itself was nasty. Tasted like they put it in a microwave to heat it up. I should have sent it back because they was no way I could eat it. They are very over priced for the food they serve. I will not go back it was a waste of money.

Best part was being greeted by Sanked and his huge smile. In fact, I noticed he was smiling the whole time we were there as he moved about the restaurant. He is very nice and his genuine happiness is infectious; the world needs more people like Sanked.

Our server had a nice way about her, too. I cannot comment on the food as I only had a coffee, which was good, but my friend liked her meal.

The inside atmosphere is quaint and the outdoor area is absolutely lovely due to the bountiful and beautiful flowers!
