I will never go back! I've said that so many times and today I actually mean it. I'm tired of getting home and finding brown slimy lettuce, or discoloured meat that is clearly past the best by date. I go to the Breslau location as it's on my way home, and my daughter likes their subs, but I'd sooner do without. I have complained in person but they don't care. Avoid this location. Subway in general is not the same company (in Ontario at least) that they once were.

Corporate needs to take a hard look at who they are selling franchises to and do a better job vetting them.

Today's Subway experience has convinced my daughter to not purchase from there again.

If you want a great sub in Breslau then the best option is Napoli Pizzeria. It's located in the same plaza as Subway.

Just purchased 2 subs from here. I don’t know why I go back thinking things will be different. Wanted cucumber and they were so old and slimy that we passed. We added our own cucumbers at home. They are so stingy with the toppings. We have to ask multiple times for more lettuce and veggies. The most disgusting thing was the meat on the salami sub. There were pieces that were brown. We took all the meat off and had to put on our own. Cost me $25 and I had to add my own toppings and meat. I would not recommend this subway at all.

The staff here are not rude, but they definitely aren’t friendly. The services slow. The food is what you expect from a Subway, but they are very light on the toppings. Definitely could use a good cleaning

I have come here somewhat regularly as it’s close to home and I like to support businesses and franchises in my immediate community. However, I’ll likely find another Subway to go to as over the last few months there has only ever seemed to be one person working, no matter what time of day or day of the week. This has led to lineups around the store and out the door as people wait for their food, even at off-peak times, or sometimes even if I’m the only person in the store I’m still forced to wait 5, 10, 15+ minutes to order as the poor single employee tries to fulfill online orders. Employees are always friendly, but it seems that whoever is running the show here doesn’t care much about their employees’ workloads or their customers’ time.

Outrightly denied even before closing time. Girl said she can’t serve now. I reached at 8:50 having high hopes that I’ll get food. Even sign outside said OPEN she simply denied.
Such people shouldn’t be hired at all who are in rush to go home but not serve customers.
