VERY disappointing!
Received uncooked (maybe old) rock hard pasta in my chicken Alfredo.
Husband ordered the “special” but only received a partial meal (wings only in a meal supposed to be ribs and wings)

Waited so long to be able to tell the server of the errors, in an empty restaurant.
They brought the “meals” and walked away, they didn't return for over 10mins and only because other patrons came in. We thought she was getting the rest of the “special” instead we got told she put it in wrong.

So dissatisfying.

Stopped in for breakfast on a beautiful morning and we were able to enjoy the patio and view of the lake. Our service was friendly, quick, and responsive. Food was so tasty!! We both had the Farmer’s Breakfast. Eggs were perfectly cooked and our home fries were fantastic! Sausage was a little over cooked but we still cleared our plates. A great location - we’ll be back!

We went for dinner and had the salmon on top of a Greek salad and liver and onions. We were so impressed we went back and told the chef. Went back last night and had the same thing. Salmon was smaller and Greek salad was so sooo soggy and the liver and onions were good. But the vegetables were not that great and neither were the mashed potatoes. We think it must have been a different chef

Was not very impressed with the quality of food. Accuracy of portion size or value for the meal. Not worth it. And won't be going back.

Food definetly does not match the prices. Service is generally good, but feels like not many there really care about food. Been there on several occasions, breakfast is definetly best, although sausages aren't great and home fries need some flavour. Egg cooking is hit and miss (poached medium-hard at best for a benny when asked for soft) Had chicken parm that was terribly burnt and small. Was charged $12 for a handful of Caesar salad that was made with ice burg? Had the salmon once, flavours were good but salmon was cooked to oblivion. Place definetly has good potential and good people just very low standards for who's watching the kitchen. I love when a kitchen takes on people to teach them but someone needs to control what goes out and whats coming in, in terms of ingredient quality. Go for breakfast and check it out, I'll keep trying it here and there to support a local place but food is definetly not worth the price so far. I get the kitchen can only do so much with their given budget so maybe it goes back to the owner.

The food was great! I had a Reuben and my wife had the onion soup. Both were pretty good, the fries were just perfect. It's a no-frills place. The bathrooms were very clean.

We stopped here for a nice dinner on our trip home. We were not disappointed. Great food that our whole family enjoyed. Great fries. Burger was definitely fresh and filling.

Love the view, the food, the service.....and especially the cook, who is so very gracious. She is appreciative when we pass on our compliments. She comes out and gives us a big smile and thank you!

We had a bit of a bad experience here. My mother has mobility issues and can't walk very far. She has a disabled park badge on her car. When we parked in the disable parking spot one of the servers came out and asked her to move to a different spot, saying that spot is only for people who really need it. Lady, maybe we parked here because we need it. My mother, not wanting to make a fuss did move. But it shows the mindset of these people, unwilling to trust a stranger. Anyways, the place was understaffed (yet they still had time to police the parking) so it was a long wait to be seated, and for the food. The food was alright I guess, so that's why its 2 star. This happened about a year or 2 ago, so maybe they improved.

Nice place, good service and food was good but I was freezing inside. It was warmer outside and this was in early May.

A gem off the beaten path, just off the highway. A better option for a sit-down meal than the McDonald's at the bottom of the hill. A great view, plenty of booth seating, and a surprisingly large menu with daily specials. The best part is they have both Coke and Pepsi products, which makes the pop decision easy.

Absolutely excellent food and service. Nice surprise. Had liver and onions - best I have ever had, ever. And I have had a lot.

Atmosphere is kinda plain but that is okay for this out of the way place.

Prices are very reasonable; very good value.

Highly recommended. Will be going back for sure.
