Came today during lunch, was in the dining room. Staff was good, food was fresh and quick but I saw a bit of a commotion of an younger girl getting talked too rudely by what seemed to be an manger about an order that wasn’t done properly. Young girl tried to explain herself many times but the older lady wasn’t having it, other than that was great service! And the young man who was cleaning dinning room was so sweet!

First time ever disappointed in this franchise. Was not busy. Only a few customers but our food was not as expected. Buffalo wrap dry with only a bit of sauce at bottom. Big Mac buns crunchy. No napkins or ketchup to be seen. No ketchup in dispenser. Told staff so was given 2 packages. Asked for napkins and shared with another customer. Too bad wont be back to this location.

Your better off to allow the public to make there own food here. Then it might get done right. The place is kaos all the time and regularly get orders wrong. The cheat the time system by registering the order as complete but the patrons are left standing there waiting for ages for there meals. Terrible. Won't be returning or recommending this dive to anyone.

We stopped at this McDonald’s a few weeks ago around 10pm while traveling with my husband and our three young children. The weather was terrible, so we pulled off the highway to wait out the storm.
The restaurant was clean and the food was great, but what truly stood out was the staff. We had the opportunity to meet the owner, Joe, and he was genuinely one of the kindest people we’ve met. It was clear how much he cares about both his staff and his customers.
Before we headed back out about an hour later, Joe went out of his way to buy our kids some donuts and even offered us coffee. Such a thoughtful and generous gesture, especially while traveling with small kids.
Joe truly restored my faith in humanity. He was warm, kind, and sincere, and while I’m not sure if he’ll ever see this review, he left a lasting impression on our family. Highly recommend this location.

Lack of winter snow removal combined with post apocolyptic washrooms makes it a destination to avoid.

We pass through 3-4 times a year and I’ve decided today was the final time. We stop for gas, bathroom break and for a breakfast sandwich. Many times I’ve let staff know how bad the washrooms are and I was dreading returning at 6:30am. Yet again, every ladies washroom was disgusting. These are not been monitored or cleaned. Dioreah explosions, dirty seats/bowls, I flushed, toilet tissue strewn around, after going in all 3 stalls I opted for the disabled washroom and had to hover over the stall. Toilet wouldn’t flush, no soap on dispenser, cold water barely coming out of the tap and hand dryers don’t work! Massive clump of hair on the floor. My husband even said he had no soap too for the men’s washroom. I told staff at McDonald’s but yet again they just brush it off. Like who wants to clean the bathroom??? Disgusting. Public Health need to make their visits because staff either have to have their own private washroom or if they are using those then I don’t want their food!!! I took the coffee and threw out the breakfast sandwich!!

I just have to say that the person who was working tonight, Hayden, was one of the nicest people I've ever met. His customer service was amazing, and really made our night!!
