Claims to be 24 hours but kitchen not open between 430 and 530 am. Useless.
Brighton is suppose to be 24hrs but apparently they needed to close to prepare breakfast not much to change over other than a switch and staff rude

I pulled in and there was a poster that said sundaes were two dollars. I went in and ordered a Carnell sundae and a vanilla chai, they told me that the deal had ended and it was back too full price. Fine but then they say that the chai machine doesn't work and get me a coffee instead. When I finally got the food the ice cream was fully melted, the Carnell was hard, and the coffee was bitter to the point that I had to go ask for another .

12 minute wait for standard coffee and muffin. Not busy, no customers except one guy ahead who was seriously tired of waiting also. Staff woman seemed angry at me politely mentioning the facts: 12 minutes. No apology, explanation, or thNk you for the feedback. Got to car to find my coffee cold. Must have been poured about 12 minutes before! Horrible. Manager should be changed. Avoid.

We were at the Brighton, ON late at night on September 08, 2025 where only the drive through was open. The young plan who served us (unfortunately, we could not get his name) was excellent; he took his job very seriously; superb customer service especially at that time of the day. We often stop at this McDonalds on our trips to and from Toronto; but I had to post this to say thank you and how impressed we were with this young man.

Went threw the drive thru this morning @ 340 ish. Was informed that there was no breakfast as they were currently preparing for it. All i wanted was a EX LG DD. When I pulled up to the window the lady said thank you & it was free.....WOW thanks so much!!!

If you're okay with spending 30 minutes in the drive thru line, to have the wrong order handed to you then I highly recommend!
Seriously, this place is a joke. Ended up needing to go back in for them to fix my ENTIRE order. Got attitude from, I assume a supervisor, dark haired, middle aged lady named Kathleen, who spent a majority of the time I had to wait inside (10-15 minutes) YELLING at the kids in there. McDonald's, of you're going to hire middle age people, make sure they are kind, patient and helpful - not like this lady. Zero apologies for the time we waited initially, the screw ups, or the long wait for them to fix the screw ups. 40 minutes added to my commute, for what? A cold bagel, cold coffee, tea made wrong, one wrong sandwich? No apology, but left the one extra hash brown in my bag...as if that makes up for anything? Do better, Kathleen and McDonalds. An absolute joke. I hope she gets reprimanded and not those kids. All the kids were hustling in there, but her? Yelling, opening bags, and packing them (inaccurately!), more yelling.
Better off making something at home, or finding a Tim Hortons along your route, rather than stopping here.
