We were at the Brighton, ON late at night on September 08, 2025 where only the drive through was open. The young plan who served us (unfortunately, we could not get his name) was excellent; he took his job very seriously; superb customer service especially at that time of the day. We often stop at this McDonalds on our trips to and from Toronto; but I had to post this to say thank you and how impressed we were with this young man.
Went threw the drive thru this morning @ 340 ish. Was informed that there was no breakfast as they were currently preparing for it. All i wanted was a EX LG DD. When I pulled up to the window the lady said thank you & it was free.....WOW thanks so much!!!
Very clean restaurant. It's fully accessible. The restaurant is attached to a Shell gas station. These two businesses are located just off of highway 401 in Brighten. The Shell station has a broad selection of drinks, chips, etc. The female and family washrooms are located between the two businesses. Both are accessible, large, very clean and single use.
