45 minutes after having this meal I got sick. Hadn't eaten anything else in many hours, it was definitely caused here. Avoid this restaurant. Placed an order 20 mins before close. Told us after 10 minutes of waiting that they don't have anything. We had to change our order to whatever they had lefover. I have no idea how long it sat but it was dry, cold and bland.

Not sure how long the chicken had been sitting in the warmer. I asked the cashier to switch it, but he still gave me a stale piece. It was greasy with oil dripping out, and I ended up throwing away $15 worth of food. Save your money—this place needs a visit from the health department before someone gets sick.

Head office should pay a visit to this location as the food quality should fail all their standards. Chicken was not good at all. They did not taste like popeyes chicken at all. Chicken had a thick and hard breading. The color is dark brown and not golden like normal. Did they use straight flour for the breading? Was the oil not changed for a year? Or were the chicken cooked yesterday and refried again? I can see it true for all of the above?

Worst Popeyes by far I've ever seen. Horrible customer service, took very long for employee to even acknowledge me and ask if I was waiting to order. During ordering, employee's communication was horrible. Employees seemed to be moving rather leisurely and food took a while. They said they were out of regular chicken pieces for 3 weeks! And this is the main item Popeyes is known for. Pricing was above other Popeyes. I was told the combo I ordered doesn't come with a drink, while the menu clearly said it includes a drink. Tried charging me for the drink , that's to be included with my combo. I got chicken tenders and they weren't completely breaded and not cooked properly, texture was poor. They were also half the size of chicken tenders at other Popeyes.

First of all it’s way more expensive than any Popeyes in the GTA even though the food quality is way lower.
The chicken sandwich was burnt and I asked for cheese and the worker completely ignored me. The combo doesn’t come with a drink (???) and the fries were half the amount that they usually are.
And the service is actually a**. Just don’t go here.

This is an onroute location. I really wish I had it tasted and check my food before we left just paid just under $45 for 12 chicken tenders and a bag of crispy pickles. The chicken was disgusting and cold, and the pickle batter wasn’t even cooked fully.
The food quality here is seriously questionable—there was a hair embedded in the flour coating. I ended up throwing the entire order away and didn’t even bother asking for a refund.

I tred to order a combo. And was told I needed to buy a bottle of pop. My $14 combo. Turned into over $20 at the end. That do not offer any compensation for the inconvenience. My only option was to pay extra for the same thing.
I was told it had been 2 weeks since it's been down. Worst service every. They only have one till and it's not even open.
