Worst subway I've ever been to. Employees have no idea what's going on and cannot follow directions or get orders correct. Employees are also rude and dismissive of any customer complaints. Really gone down hill since the staff changed.

I had a great experience at the Brighton Subway.
The food was fresh, high quality, and made just the way I wanted. The staff were friendly, quick, and provided excellent service. Definitely one of the best Subway locations I’ve visited. Highly recommended

Really gone down hill. Recently walked in to buy a couple subs. Was greeted and immediately after the employee pulled out his phone and and started texting, slowly walking to the back without saying anything or apologizing for the inconvenience. I stood there for a couple minutes patiently waiting while both employees ignored my presence (one employee was busy and seemed to be working, the other that was texting stood with his back to me). I walked out as they clearly do not need business or care about customer service. Will not be back.

I've live in Brighton and drive to a different town to go get a sub. Every single time Ive gone or friends of ours have gone the bread is hard. I don't understand what they are not doing that the other subways do to keep their bread fresh. It's frustrating to have to go for a different food choice when in town and I just want a sandwich.

Unfortunately we won’t be back. Had to ask to have enough toppings then got threatened we would be charged extra. Then the price increased when it’s no tax. Honestly your a customer based business you should do better to keep what little customers you have left.

Same as any other subway, but regulars know at this location they will try to skimp on the ingredients if they have the opportunity.

Just a dirty unkempt restaurant. SANDWICH WAS empty had barely any toppings on it. Dry bun looked like a hot dog bun. Ordered a BLT Got zero bacon and on it. The lady kept making excuses that I was at fault for the order being wrong. Bacon was still in the microwave when I went back and she put the stale cold bacon back on the sandwich when I wasn't looking. SUBWAY is a train wreck . Never spending a dime in that place again.
