The new iced chai latte is my new favourite drink . Had it at least 20 time since it came out . When she handed me the coffee it seemed too dark but took a sip before complaining. It had espresso in it . Every other time ive taken this drink it never had espresso. I tried telling her politely that the drink was wrongly made , she gave me attitude , started talkin punjab , gave me rolling eyes and argued that i was wrong . We argued for about 2 minutes Her behaviour was so unprofessional and unacceptable that i told her i would go to another onroute to get my drink properly . Will never go to this on route again

Stopped by during our road trip. It was probably around 7 in the morning and beyond chaotic. Staff were calling guest names, numbers or orders. We never got a receipt so we never received a number. They went on to serve several people after us, when we asked about our coffees he admitted he forgot. He rushed to make them and they weren't good so we threw them out. Didn't get any snacks since they had flies in the glass cases.
