I ordered extra large dark roast coffee and it was half empty, I told the employee can you please fill it up and he refused it and said we are not allowed, that is so terrible

I just ordered medium steeped double double. The tea tasted the worst. The girl is really rude, and it appears that they forgot to brew to a fresh batch.
The Truck drivers are not allowed to stop in between their journey to buy another cup of tea. I want to request the staff to please have smiles on your faces because you are serving customers who travel long distances, and they cherish your smile the most and please try to serve good food
