Stopped by during our road trip. It was probably around 7 in the morning and beyond chaotic. Staff were calling guest names, numbers or orders. We never got a receipt so we never received a number. They went on to serve several people after us, when we asked about our coffees he admitted he forgot. He rushed to make them and they weren't good so we threw them out. Didn't get any snacks since they had flies in the glass cases.
Pat, the shift supervisor working cash on Boxing Day 2024, was welcoming, interactive, and efficient. Considering the line high volume, she kept everything running and customers happy. Well done Pat! This 5 stars is for you
I mean, it's Tim Hortons. To me, these serve the purpose of delivering consistent, value based food with reasonable quality. They're placed all over the place in remote parts of Canada, which is helpful for the road warriors.
