This location has stolen my 10 year old daughters money 2 times this week… the first time she had ordered 2 XL French vanillas online, they didn’t have any, so did they bother to give her money back?? NO… she’s 10 years old and these people let her walk away without giving her money back for 2 XL French vanillas which is roughly $10

Next time she ordered XL French vanilla (online) they gave her a L hot chocolate and told her they didn’t have French vanilla and didn’t offer her money back for a second time

Now fast forward to today and she order 2 L ice coffee (online) and was given 2 medium ice coffees, said they don’t have large cups and didn’t bother to give her money back on the difference

I’m tired of this location doing these kinds of things especially to children just so that they can have more tip money in their tills at the end of the night….

I have now contacted the BBB over this, because if you make any complaint what so ever at this location, the district manager “Lynn” tells you that your not allowed to come back … that’s how she handles her customer service, she doesn’t make it right, she just tells you that your now allowed to come back

Today, I asked about $1 donut when buy coffee. Staff here said that only in US. I am from Toronto and i got this promotion. It’s funny that manager is not inform their staffs.
Service is always good here. BUT fist time my breakfast sandwiches were very cold. Don’t want to change a new one because of long line up while I was eating my breakfast.
