I get it that it was lunch rush orders get messed up. I ordered around 12:55pm then at 1:12 pm after reminding them that my wrap is missing and there discussion that no I made the wrap blah blah they gave me 7 min as “they were out of crispy chicken”. Exactly after 15 minutes of that I asked again and the Nawan guy said oh they forgot to make it ??? I asked if you can’t make it please refund no response on that. And still the girl on wrap station are discussing if my wrap was made or not. Lastly after making my wrap knowing that it was for me whole looking at my face she was handing over it to another customer. I mean it took me 40 minutes to get whole order by the I time finished my drink and then to eat wrap with nothing. HORRIBLE customer service. No sincere apologies.

I order two chicken wraps. One with slow cooked and one crispy. First of all she didn’t write or mention on it about which slow cooked one. Secondly both of them were crispy chicken. And this is second instance in two consecutive weeks. They seriously need to train their guys better.

We stopped on this on-route the girl name tanya was so rude. We asked for extra base and extra cream in iced coffee. But there was no cane. When we asked to remake instead of remaking, the girl she just put cane in our tasted iced-coffees with the same spoon to stir which they are using for everyone’s drinks. First of al you are not allowed to touch anyone’s tasted drink while making someone else’s order, second don’t use the same spoon for someone’s tasted coffee. Bad experience.
Only location where the Espresso machine is always down. If I didn't know any better I would think this more has to do with not wanting to make my drink then equipment failure.

I have visited 3/4 times drive thru and for just one coffee you have to wait 8-10 min. Not satisfied with service.

The employee who took the order might be the rudest Tim Hortons employee I’ve ever seen in many years. I pay for the product, not for the attitude. Now, official Tim Hortons account will write we are sorry bla bla bla. That’s why people start choosing not to use Tim Hortons anymore.

This Tim Hortons location is consistently efficient and well-organized — I rarely have to wait for my order. The employees are always friendly and provide great service. The store manager, Vanessa, is pleasant to speak with, and it’s clear she fosters a positive work environment. I often hear her encouraging her staff, which is refreshing to see, especially compared to other places where management can speak down to staff. Brighton Tim Hortons is by far my most favourite place to grab my coffees!!!

Waited 5 minutes for employee to come to front of the store. They were to busy talking in the back to realize that they were at work.

3 Girls working properly and the guy is just roaming around the girls doing nothing

Ordered a coffee online. Walked in to find some guy drinking my coffee. When he notices its not his, he hands it to the cashier and tells her he took the wrong one. She made his coffee and tried to make me take the coffee he had been drinking out of... if I had walked in 30 seconds later and not saw what happened, I would have ended up with that coffee... if you are going to order here, dont do it through online ordering and make sure you watch the food the entire time they are preparing it. To top it all off, she was pissy at me for having to remake my drink, when all I did was walk in and find someone else drinking it
Navneet was unprofessional and not welcoming at all ,if she does not know how do customer service or behave with paying customer she should not be working there no wonder why this tim hortons has less reviews as management needs to do something about it as day by day quality and not good.
