Ordered a coffee online. Walked in to find some guy drinking my coffee. When he notices its not his, he hands it to the cashier and tells her he took the wrong one. She made his coffee and tried to make me take the coffee he had been drinking out of... if I had walked in 30 seconds later and not saw what happened, I would have ended up with that coffee... if you are going to order here, dont do it through online ordering and make sure you watch the food the entire time they are preparing it. To top it all off, she was pissy at me for having to remake my drink, when all I did was walk in and find someone else drinking it

Navneet was unprofessional and not welcoming at all ,if she does not know how do customer service or behave with paying customer she should not be working there no wonder why this tim hortons has less reviews as management needs to do something about it as day by day quality and not good.

Very Bad Service
No food available at the store. They charged for the food and then told us that they don't have that stuff charged more and gave something cheaper instead of it and refused to refund told us cannot be refunded

Very rude behavior by the girl taking the order. She started showing attitude right from the beginning. It seemed like she had a problem with me for some reason. I politely asked for 3 cups of coffee with different amounts of sugar in each. She made me repeat the order 4 times as she was careless and not paying attention. When I was picking up the coffee I realized that she put sweeteners instead of sugar in two cups.

This happened on July 19, 2025 around 6 pm. I noticed another review here, which noted rude behavior around similar timeframe.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this Tim Hortons visit was actually ridiculous. The worker was super rude for no reason — acting like I was bothering her just for ordering. Then she added a bunch of random items I never asked for, and charged me way more than what I was supposed to pay. I told her it was wrong, and she just gave me attitude like it was my fault.

Honestly, I felt disrespected and scammed. Tim Hortons really needs to train their staff better and learn what “customer service” means. Not going back to this location again.

Sandwich was great. Always consistent across sites. But service was so slow! Lots of staff making coffee and at the cash. But no one making sandwiches for 3 minutes and then saw 2 people worked on my sandwich! Need to get more organized at this location in the OnRoute.

If there was an option for not to give a single star.. I could have chosen that instead,, We are waiting on drive through for around 20 minutes and only 3 cars ahead..and not moving from last 20 minutes. Service is worst I dont know what they are doing instead.. if not have time to serve thru drive thru why you guys are open on drive thru.. we left without having anything
