Self serve order machine forces you to pay for extra tomato/lettuce when adding bagel belt to your order.

Very slow service and they were out of many donut flavors. I hate that most of these places cater to the drive thru instead of the people in front of you.

Once I got the bad one and I told them so they changed and gave me new one but it is same as old spoiled potatoes used.

Great service even though it is a very busy location but the staff managed to make a great impression to the customers.

“I had an excellent experience with Tim and Amanat. Their professionalism, friendliness, and dedication to helping customers stood out. Tim was incredibly efficient and ensured everything was handled smoothly, while Amanat’s positive attitude and attention to detail made the entire process seamless. Both of them went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. Highly recommend their service!”

Rude staff, bunch on newcomers who are not familiar with customer service and have zero experience, not sure how they get hired, probably all relatives and family members
The guys don’t cover their beard - welcome facial hair in my wrap,
Asked for napkins-they gave me one, I had to ask for extra napkin-I got one more
I got frustrated and told them to have the napkin dispenser available for the customer
She replied: yes yes (basically interpreted as “gfys”
Horrible experience and it happens all over Canada

My recent experience finally made me realize that I should not spend one more dime for poor service and incorrect orders. I am convinced that Tim Hortons has no concern about improving but just relying on squeezing out every cent of profit from customer's sense of nostalgia (back when Timmies was good). Based on the long history of one star reviews, it is clear there is no desire to listen to customers. I've sent the details to online customer care form.
For fast coffee, McDonald's is the way to go (and cheaper too).

Got one nutella ice cap. It's miserable. It's 100% not nutella. 100% sugar.

While not the fault of your specific team, generally speaking wait times at Tim Hortons at on routes have become ridiculous. 10 minutes for a coffee in an empty on route. Why is there no separate line for people who just want coffee?

Cut and paste response below is indicative of the 'concern'.
