This Tim Hortons location is consistently efficient and well-organized — I rarely have to wait for my order. The employees are always friendly and provide great service. The store manager, Vanessa, is pleasant to speak with, and it’s clear she fosters a positive work environment. I often hear her encouraging her staff, which is refreshing to see, especially compared to other places where management can speak down to staff. Brighton Tim Hortons is by far my most favourite place...
Sandwich was great. Always consistent across sites. But service was so slow! Lots of staff making coffee and at the cash. But no one making sandwiches for 3 minutes and then saw 2 people worked on my sandwich! Need to get more organized at this location in the OnRoute.
I want to extend my deepest thanks and appreciation to Manpreet, Simranpreet and Sajan at Tom Hortons for their honesty and kindness. My husband accidentally left his wallet behind during a visit, and to our immense relief, the staff not only found it but made sure it was kept safe and returned to us with everything intact.
