I recently visited this Tim Hortons and was very disappointed by what I witnessed. During both my drive-thru and front counter visits, I saw a senior staff member yelling and shouting at other team members. It was uncomfortable to watch and very unprofessional.
As a customer, it’s disheartening to see hardworking staff being treated this way. Everyone deserves to work in a respectful and supportive environment. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures better treatment and training for their staff.

This Tim Hortons has gone way down hill. My opinion is they are abusing the TFW policy. Orders are constantly wrong. You have to repeat yourself several times on the drive thru and not because of the volume level. Sucks to see long time Canadian Establishments run into the ground. Change your policies or I will never give any Tim's my business again.

Messed up my order then acted like I was inconveniencing them when I asked for them to fix it. Food was meh and the salad was dirty. Hopefully was just a bad day for them as when I have been there in the past it was good.

There was sand in my food. They messed up our order and were rude when i asked them to fix it. used to be such a lovely spot but it seems new management has employed incompetent and rude workers.
