Food was good. Service was fast. Watched them making the donut I ordered fresh right in front of me which was neat!! Love that they blocked off the parking lot so the truckers can’t come in. It’s WAY better now.

Staffs are so welcoming and very formal I had good experience plenty of parking. Space. I was travelling from Toronto to Sault Sainte Marie. Meanwhile, I stopped here for a coffee and Tim beats, and took some rest.

Worst location waited 15 minutes to get to speaker and there's a sign cash only on the speaker.
Disrespectful to warn people then instead of the other side of the store.
Legit one car every 5 minutes can get through this location been that way for decades.

It was a good stop earlier for a small break or just pick up coffee from tim but now they dont want trucks on their place , you even cant return youre truck trailer from that small street .. speacily truck drivers they dont want .. plan accordingly

The staff here is so rude and unprofessional they have no sense about food safety whatsoever one of their employees kept touching her mouth and also got our order wrong and then when we confronted her she gave us such bad attitude instead of making it right. Please management of this time hortons work on your employees and teach them basics of customer service and food safety.
