I visited COBS Brooklin this morning as I had to pop into Longo’s. I was in to get a treat for my one son off to hockey. The staff were very friendly and I was offered a sample of a hot cross bun. Apple and cinnamon- yum! I grabbed a couple of family favs white chocolate and berry scones and some chocolate croissants. Fresh and delicious! It was a lovely experience, I wish you continued success in your business. You are a great addition to our Brooklin community

Came in with my father and had the most amazing service from, I believe their name was Keean? The owner/manager should consider themselves lucky to have a team member that motivated.My parents are big fans of Cobs Bread, and it was my first time going with them. Now I can definitely see why they love it!

The quality of the products at Cobs Brooklin are exceptional; from the cheese pull apart to the sourdough as well as the chocolate, blueberry lemon scones, these are just a few of our favourites....oh and we mustn't forget the danishes!But what truly sets Cobs Brooklin apart is the exceptional leadership of the owner Megan as well as her management team. Amazing Customer Service.COBS consistently offers great products, this we know. This location is exceptional because of the people. The staff offered great insight on the bread types, their availability, and they sold me on the value of their loyalty program - all with smile. I only went in for a load of bread but left with scones, a croissant and cheesy pull apart bread (which I might add is life changing! Went there for the first time late afternoon to get some bread because Longos didn't have any. We asked the employee if you have fresh bread and said they are all fresh and we close in one hour. What an disgusting attitude toward customers. I didn't ask what u close , I wanted a fresh bread. Never coming back to this location so as my family and friends. Owner should shame having such a employees working or the owner have thesame nasty attitude like them. No wonder business don't last.
I tried buns and some other breads and found them amazingly fresh, delicious and resonable price. Staff was very nice and explained to me different types of breads they make. I used to purchase from another loaction of COBS in Whitby but this branch just started and their quality is much better than other COBS.Highly recommend this place.
