Second time ordering from here, the first time was great. This time we ordered our food at 6pm, we were told it would be delivered in 40 minutes, an hour and a half had gone by - nothing. We called and were told it should’ve been delivered so they said it should be there soon. We waited another hour with no pizza. By this time it’s 8:05 - 2 hours after we originally ordered. So we called again and they thought we were lying that we didn’t receive it, after going back and fourth they said that they tried to call us numerous times when the driver showed up at our place but no call was ever received. We asked to have some discount or our order free for being 2 hours late now, after again going back and fourth they agreed and said it will be another 40 minutes. Another hour had gone by and so we called again, as we called the driver actually called this time and said he was here. 3 hours it took to get this $60 order and we live 10 minutes away…

The gentleman working this evening was fantastic. We ordered two custom pizzas and garlic bread. He was very friendly and made some great pizzas. In general with other visits to the store, the food is typically pretty good.
