Burk's Falls Cafe & Grill

It smelt great and we were excited to eat here. Unfortunately we were ignored for 10 mins as we stood in the door way of the small cafe awkwardly, we were definitely seen just not acknowledged. Which is very odd as even for a busy server a simple “hello” would have changed the game. A table was cleaned and I asked the server if we seat ourselves ( as we’re from out of town) she replied “sure” . We ended up leaving as we felt very unwelcome. This is not what you expect from small town Ontario. Where is the kindness?! Do better.

Small town hospitality and amazing food. My boyfriend has their turkey club with REAL not processed turkey. I had their delicious breakfast with REAL not frozen homefries. Highly recommend!!!!

I’ve been bypassing Burk’s Falls for 40 years or more until just last week. My wife & I came into the village with our grandchildren, looking for a place to have lunch and we came across this restaurant.

What a lovely little place! It happened to be not very busy when we visited, so we were seated right away. Our orders taken and the food came out promptly. The servings were adequate without being overly large and everyone enjoyed their meal.

There is plenty of parking on the street, but it might be busier on weekends. The restaurant is small, clean and cozy, and the staff welcoming. Definitely a hidden gem!

I have been here several times in the past month for breakfast...each time the food has been great, and the staff very efficient and friendly...good portions too and at reasonable prices!

One of the worst places I have been to with bad service and worst food... Waiting for table as they don't have seating capacity.. the staff was rude and didn't cater to us properly...

Their smash burger is to die for! I consider myself a bit of a smash burger connoisseur and after trying EVERY smash burger in a 50km radius I can confidently say that these are the best. The bun is perfect, the homemade sauce is sooo delicious and the patties are thin, crisp edges and juicy - a tricky combination to perfect.

Parking: Our meals were absolutely fresh and tasty! The salad option with the BLT was a complete winner! Service was very good as well.
5 min. drive from Hwy. 11.

The waitress was very nice and gave excellent service. The fish and chips were yummy and well priced. The decor is modern, yet warm and inviting.

Wheelchair accessibility: The only down fall I could see was there was a very large step up into the cafe, there could be wheelchair accessibility through another entrance but did not ask if there was an accessible entrance.
