The only Tim’s nearby. SO busy. Parking lot is decently sized but a bit small considering this is being used by many cottage goers. There was an assortment of baked goods and the washroom was clean enough. There were no empty seats available.

Not impressed with Tim Hortons and I am going to stop going to Tim's because they are getting worse by the day. # 1 I go in and I have 400 points for a free coffee and I bought a breakfast combo and paid full price . I told the lady this makes no sense to charge me $8.45 for the combo and take my points. She was loud and rude and didn't care whatsoever. I did not want to make an issue of it so I proceeded to the other counter to get my breakfast sandwich and hashbrowns. I waited and waited and waited until someone came over to me and ask me what I was waiting for. I said my hashbrown and sand . Apparently it was skipped over and ten or 15 mins later I got it and now my coffee was warm. So needless to say it wasn't a good experience.

The food and coffee were excellent, the service was outstanding, and the place was spotless and well-organized. The restroom, in particular, was immaculate — a real example of cleanliness. Honestly, some stores in Toronto could learn a thing or two from this staff. 👏🏻

i walked in, BurksFalls. Wow, its amazing it was clean, young people running the show .. The best dressed clean friendliest bunch i have ever seen.. ( number 1) The best number one Tim Hortons in Ontario... BurksFalls Tim hortons Rocks way to go guys 5 star .....
All Tim Hortons restaurants are terrible these days. The coffee is sub-par, the service is terrible, you can't even understand the people working there (thanks LMIA)and you're lucky if your order is right.
Please avoid them at all cost!

Espresso machine has been down at this location for a very long time. I have been trying for weeks and they always say it's broken. This is a coffee shop, having a working espresso machine is kind of important

We stopped here at this location.....it was so slow to get service. Only one person on the front cash taking order and serving the line up. And three in the back having full discussion and two working at the drive thru. It really sad and these older couple came out with no sleeve on their hot tea. Wow.....so many employees but not very productive for such a busy place. But donut were delicious. Hooray to the cook
