Dropped by this location for a medium coffee for my wife on our road trip. She has Multiple Sclerosis and is pretty shaky so I asked for the medium coffee in a large cup to keep her from spilling it. To my surprise, I was told that they would have to charge me for a large.......Not cool!
What ever happened to customer service?
We have never had this response at any other location. Maybe Timmies is changing their corporate policy and this is just the start? I guess we'll find out.
I must add, that the elderly lady that took my order was very friendly.....Obviously just following protocol.

I would avoid this location. Have lived in the area for years, it’s unfortunately the only location nearby - terrible service consistently. Employees regularly speak over you while taking your order in the drive thru, and then get your order wrong because they were too busy asking “anything else”. I called in to try to explain that once again my order was wrong, and the Manager - Tracey, started speaking over me, telling me I was wrong. She then hung up on me and denied it when I called back and asked her about it.
I’ll never spend a dime here again and I would seriously suggest anyone else save yourself the headache and wait until you get to North Bay. There are also plenty of smaller coffee shops in the towns between Burks Falls and North Bay that are pleasant and don’t treat you like dirt for having the audacity of spending your money there.

The only Tim’s nearby. SO busy. Parking lot is decently sized but a bit small considering this is being used by many cottage goers. There was an assortment of baked goods and the washroom was clean enough. There were no empty seats available.
Not impressed with Tim Hortons and I am going to stop going to Tim's because they are getting worse by the day. # 1 I go in and I have 400 points for a free coffee and I bought a breakfast combo and paid full price . I told the lady this makes no sense to charge me $8.45 for the combo and take my points. She was loud and rude and didn't care whatsoever. I did not want to make an issue of it so I proceeded to the other counter to get my breakfast sandwich and hashbrowns. I waited and waited and waited until someone came over to me and ask me what I was waiting for. I said my hashbrown and sand . Apparently it was skipped over and ten or 15 mins later I got it and now my coffee was warm. So needless to say it wasn't a good experience.

The food and coffee were excellent, the service was outstanding, and the place was spotless and well-organized. The restroom, in particular, was immaculate — a real example of cleanliness. Honestly, some stores in Toronto could learn a thing or two from this staff. 👏🏻
