I had the Gourmet Chicken Sandwich, and it was delicious. The French fries were some of the best I have had in my life! We sat on the patio, so I can't comment re the atmosphere inside. The patio is in full afternoon sun, and it was a hot day, so an effort to create more shade by opening all the umbrellas would have been appreciated as would an offer of a glass of water...
