Went to go on June 27th to order a large pizza and realized I needed to use washroom, was told no washroom available but with approx 5 staff one must be available, told no, and in fact rudely, I said I know the owner, and told again nope. Sadly as we all age a washroom is needed and was forced to go to another establishment to use facilities, now at pizza hut to order our pizza, goodbye to airport pizza. Thinking of the thousands I spend over the years, the many recommendations to fellow caledon east residents. With heavy heart I have to use other caledon east pizza joints, worse experience.

Absolute gem of a pizza restaurant that not many people know about. Probably one of my favorite pizzas spot of all time but the only thing I donāt like is their early closing time. Me and all my friends in the area talk about how they miss out on so many orders because we canāt order from them most days after 7 pm. Would love to be able to eat their pizza for dinner most nights but thatās just not possible due to their early closing time. I really hope they can make a change and extend their business hours I really think everyone would benefit from that decision. Otherwise absolutely great pizza shop, I hope they never change their recipe.

I was quite reluctant on writing this review because my family have been a long time customer of Airport Pizza (10+ years). We donāt live in the area so we typically plan (our day) around ordering it. Yesterday we called and placed an order for a party size, thin crust, potato pizza - was told it would be ready in about 15 minutes which was not a problem. We arrived within 10 minutes of placing the order and in the end, ended up having to wait 55 minutes until we received our order. At that point we were a little frustrated and had gone back up to the counter to ask about our pizza only to find out it had been given away to an individual who ordered after us - we were then handed that persons pizza which was not what we ordered (thick crust pepperoni pizza). Having said that, one of the gentlemen in the back making the pizzas, gave us $20.00 in cash as compensation which we appreciated but we were still left with a sour taste in our mouth as we paid $31 and change, waited nearly an hour, and didnāt receive the pie we wanted. Not to mention, the pepperoni pizza we received was lacking on everything except dough - personally i think there wasnāt enough sauce, cheese, or pepperoniā¦ :(
Hopefully they can receive better support soon enough so that stuff like this no longer happens.

The most disgusting pizza Iāve ever tasted. I asked specifically for well done & I got a half raw pizza for $30. The sauce tasted so acidic & sour too, my family got food poisoning from it. Called immediately while still in the area so we can return this pizza as we couldnāt eat it & we were told nothing can be done & we have to wait until next and come in person to speak to a manager-an absolute joke of customer service. No idea how this place is in business. Will not be sending any business their way.

Very bad customer service. I went to buy a pizza dough today evening, as they sell it by them self. There was a lady I assume as the owner was very very rude,she charged me $10 for just one large pizza dough. I asked why are you charging me $10, as I bought it from them last time was only $8 for 2 large doughs. She said flour prices went up too much. Very very disappointing. If you didnāt get to sell any pizza thatās not customers fault.

Tucked away off Airport Rd. In Caledon is a hidden gem called Airport Pizza. The place is small, but I assure you the pizza is big with flavour. I got a large pepperoni pizza and it was so delicious. The sauce was just right, the mozzarella cheese was melted so nicely that every time you took a bite you knew you were somewhere special. I spoke briefly with the owner. He was very soft spoken and one of the nicest, most humble person that I have ever met. He was delighted that I complimented on his pizza, and I assured him that when I went home I'd write a good review, so here it is

First of all let me say, I pass this place twice a day and never stop, and today I had the time to stop in and I'm glad I did. I got a slice of pepperoni to try it out and it was amazing. The crust was crispy and delectable. It reminds me of the old school Nova for those who know. I paired it with the sweet and spicy garlic sauce. I will definitely be stopping again soon.
