I have eaten here twice. Both times the staff was extremely polite and service oriented. Even though I am from California, I was made to feel accepted and welcomed like a local.

The desserts were very tasty, the service was good and the inside of the bakery was clean.
The dessert counter was quite empty and the garbage outside was overflowing onto the ground. But the food itself was great.
