Came here for dessert because it’s open 24 hours. After ordering, we waited about 30 minutes. Only one person was working, so service was very slow. Disappointing experience.

They said 7-8 mins and i waited 30 mins. No orders ahead or after mine. There were 3 workers & nothing got done.

Ive had the stuffed puffs so may time before from different locations They had the machine broken and opened all the puffs with a spoon and stuffed directly nothing went inside the puff all stuffing syrup is outside i also asked her to to drizzle the biscoff syrup on the other half side And she instead talked back and didn’t even complete my order completely , not satisfied with teh customer dealing as well the lady was rude and started explaining ti me that the puffs are soft and if they are hard we cannot stuff syrup inside what does that mean She ruined all the puffs i had friends try it for the first time brought them to mr puffs bragging about how good they are but they ruined it completely

Was here today and have been several times in the past since they opened. Always pleasant staff , extremely helpful to the children and we spilled our hot chocolate she made a us a new one on the house and gave ice for my sons hand. They are always making things fresh and very efficient. Last time my son wanted ice cream and he started crying she gave a cup of whip cream to calm him down. Will definitely keep going back
