Was here today and have been several times in the past since they opened. Always pleasant staff , extremely helpful to the children and we spilled our hot chocolate she made a us a new one on the house and gave ice for my sons hand. They are always making things fresh and very efficient. Last time my son wanted ice cream and he started crying she gave a cup of whip cream to calm him down. Will definitely keep going back
Had a great experience at mr.Puffs today! The customer service was amazing — Amrit was super friendly, patient, and made sure everything was perfect. The donuts were fresh, soft, and absolutely delicious. Definitely coming back again! 🍩✨
I had business in the area and drove an hour and 15 minutes in the rain. Decided to pick up some treats for the wife and Amrit was incredibly patient and waited until I was able to confirm my order (don’t want the wife to be mad if I chose the wrong flavour!) she gave me a few complimentary puffs and brightened this gloomy day for me!
