By far the best sushi I've ever had in my life. Everything is so fresh and delicious and the owners and service is so kind and welcoming. They remembered us right away after visiting only once before. Highly recommend and can't wait for our next visit. Amazing food. Love it here. Do yourself a favor and go!

On the way back to London after my son's game on Saturday, I took out a sushi tray. The atmosphere was great, the staff were very friendly, and the sushi tray I ordered was very fresh. In addition, I was very grateful to the owner who provided great service even though I came from far away. I definitely want to visit again next time. May you prosper.

The quality and quantity of food went far beyond our expectations. This was the first time we had been to Inaka. We will be back for sure in the not to distant future. I love Japanese food whilst my wife is indifferent. She is the one making plans to go back soon.My wife mentioned that the washroom is extremely small, so it could be an issue with people with compromised mobility. It's very clean but extremely tight.

We visit whenever we go skiing at Mono and never disappoint. Solid sushi plus super nice staff and cozy interior - 10/10
Got take out from here for lunch - rolls were all amazing and huge! Lots of good filling - I love a good Philadelphia roll and most places make it so tiny, but Inaka made it big and full of salmon! I would definitely come here again.

A delicious Japenese restaurant in Caledon! My husband and I discovered this place on one of our trips to the Millcroft Inn & Spa. Now, every time we come to the Millcroft, we also make sure to visit Inaka.The food is delicious - great rolls and good prices. The sushi is fresh, tasty and portioned well. We have also try the volcano fry as an appetizer, which is a great snack. We've also tried the salmon bento box which comes with a lot - large salmon piece, tempura, rice, veggies are rice! It also comes with some miso soup.The service is also excellent - friendly, quick and welcome you like family!If this was closer to our home, we would definitely be regulars.Dietary restrictions: I heard someone ask about their keto/gluten free options and the servers were very accommodating.
