Just left after waiting 30 min for an order that we went in for, noticeably prioritizing is not their strong suit. Ordered an egg sandwich and 2 boxes, were told they were waiting on eggs, but yet everyone in the drive thru got theirs. Gentleman 15 min after us got his order as well ahead of us because he complained. We are not complainers but saw it worked for him so we did the same . JUST TO GET OUR ORDER!

I’m really impressed with both the food and customer service. The moment I walked in the staff greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome. The dishes were served quickly, and the taste was incredible you can tell they truly care about quality. The portion sizes were generous, and the flavors were perfect. The team was very courteous and made sure we had everything we needed.

The turkey sandwich I got was not appealing. I didnt like the taste or smell and additionally, I would have rather it be warm. I had a lemonade to go with that and it tasted awful. As if the lemons were overripe and close to being spoil. There was no freshness to it. The muffin was the only thing that tasted good
Many times I've come to this establishment and seen the lack of care they put into keeping the place tidy and the lack of care putting togther your order the service is very slow and very sloppy I've gotten still frozen buns and I've had a Boston cream with no cream unacceptable

Bowan greeted us with a smile which is very rare in this location. She was very pleasant. This location is almost next door to my home but most of the staff are not friendly. So today I felt I need to make it known.

Don’t give yourself false hope by seeing this Tim hortons, first of all if you coming from Orangeville side, ofcourse you will turn right from red light and go in queue, approaching the windows after waiting behind 2 cars you will be told to go back to other side of queue and order from there. Unfortunately this Tim Hortons is for the same customers, but not for the new ones, as they won’t know the non signage drive through.
Worse experience, fortunately I turned and went on my way rather than embarrassing myself.
(Sorry, I can’t take your order, you have to take turn, follow the path again even when its not busy and come back)
