Some good staff for sure, but some bad staff also, I work construction and often buy a take 12 for the guys at work, and for the last 20 years I always get a small cup of the Tim’s creamer on the side because we all know it’s not the same as the little packs they give you. This time the lady refused to give me a little cup with even a little cream. I stopped buying my morning coffees at tims when they changed the lids, and now it seems I’ll be stopping Tim’s altogether if the service is going to sink as it’s been. It’s very sad to see this happen to the Tim’s we all loved and knew growing up. Tired of nothing being done with the rude staff. We’re not in India yet it seems we are the way they talk down to me.

Just another Tim Hortons, whatever you can expect from a Tim Hortons. Decent coffee and not too crowded. Washrooms were super clean.
Vegetarian options: Bagels, Doughnuts, Hasborwns are some of the veg options.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is an accessibility ramp and automatically opening doors.

My order is never right, and the food is always just slapped together with no care. Last time going to this location..
I am regular customer at night for last 3 yrs. I visit every night between 1-2 am. Unfortunately from last 3-4 months, I am getting very poor tea and coffee. Bagels are burnt. Regardless of asking them to change the tea, they forcefully gave me the same old tea. Two girls works night shift, apart from disrespect anyone, they didn’t really want to serve anyone tea during late night.
I resisted alot to not to review, but decided today to post it. Hope owner take it seriously.
Also, I will raise a formal complaint to Tim hortons. I wish, I could rate less than 1 star

Lately my order is always wrong just last week I ordered an oreo dream cookie when I got it it had no frosting the next day I went back and asked for it again and was told they don't use the frosting at this location. Coffee has recently tasted old at times or I'm not getting any sugar in my reg coffee.Mcdonalds is across the road and with better prices I think it's time to switch.
