I've been here a few times over the past couple years and the food has consistently been both beautiful to look at and delicious to eat! Family, friends and coworkers have always been impressed when I bring a box from the Bake Shoppe.They have their usual rotation of popular baked goods, but they always have a few new things to try so I've never gotten bored with the offering.They moved across the street within the past year and I actually like this new location better. It's a cozy little nook.

Amazing and extremely talented bakery. I've visited Bake Shoppe Bolton before for little sweets and a coffee while in the town so when it came time to order a cake for a baby shower we thought we would try it out and, to no shock, our cake and cookies were absolutely stunning. Not only did they exceed our expectations with the design (and then some) but it was also delicious - just the perfect amount of sweetness.I feel like it's also worth mentioning that the cake was absolutely flawless (seriously it looked like it came out of a magazine). You can really tell how much time and effort had gone into making it as detailed as it was. We decided to also order the sugar cookies as an additional treat for the event and they were perfect. They were exactly what we were looking for and so intricately done. I cannot express how pleased we were with the whole experience with this bakery and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a cake or cookies for their next event.For reference, we had a three layer cake:Top Layer: Lemon cake with lemon buttercreamMiddle Layer: Baked Raspberry with cream cheese buttercreamBottom Layer: Vanilla Cake with salted caramel buttercreamThe baked raspeberry and cream cheese buttercream was a personal favourite - even family members who typically don't like cream cheese in sweets loved it.Overall our experience both with the team at Bake Shoppe Bolton and the cake and cookies we recieved were out of this world. We recieved so many compliments and they really deserve to be passed onto the team that made them. To say I love the Bake Shoppe is an understatement. I’ve been a long time customer since living in Toronto and visiting their location there far too often for the most amazing snacks now having left the city Bake Shoppe Bolton has been my go to.I can’t have a party without having them make the cake and the treats - everyone that comes looks forward to them every time.The Bake Shoppe has never disappointed and has always exceeded my expectations (you show them a picture and they somehow make it better than the reference photo) the cakes not only look amazing but are hands down the best tasting cakes, nothing else compares.They are a dream to work with, very reasonably priced for the quality you get, quick to response and always happen to take on my orders (no matter how large or small they might be). I love this business so much and couldn’t recommend them more!

We ordered my little girl’s baptism cake and sugar cookies here… they were both amazing! It’s not often that you get a beautifully decorated cake that tastes absolutely delicious as well.. thank you The Bake Shoppe, it was a huge hit!We also ordered some custom sugar cookies and again, beautifully decorated and melt in your mouth delicious!We will be ordering all of our special event cakes and cookies here in the future!

Ordered chocolate, and vanilla cupcakes with vanilla buttercream from Bake Shoppe Bolton as I wanted to source local for my event. I was incrediblyyy impressed, as were all of my guests. The cupcakes were not only stunning, but they were also incredibly delicious. I sent in a photo for inspiration, and the cupcakes made by Bake Shoppe looked even better than the photo. The texture of the cupcake was fluffy and moist, and the buttercream was beautifully light in texture - probably the best I’ve ever had. Angie was also very responsive and quick to answer any questions I had along the way. Thank you Angie and Bake Shoppe team for helping make my event special! Will definitely be back for more :)

In a town where we have choices, the Bake Shoppe is what we choose!!!With it being close proximity to my office, all our staff thoroughly enjoy this place. Have never had a bad experience in the year they have been opened. Great selection, with made to order custom items and ready to go as well. Always feel welcomed into a very friendly atmosphere with awesome customer service! Have recommended to many people who have stopped by our office and have never had any unkind remarks.Well done Bake Shoppe! Congrats on one year and here to many more!!!!

Horrible customer service. Custom order was placed a month ago and not only does Angela not reply right away but it is up to the customer to follow up and ask for the payment schedule. She assumes her customers know that it has to be paid in full in order to secure the order. Had to call numerous times before she answered only to find out the order was not processed (day before the event). Had ordered from her a number of times and quite honestly the treats aren’t even that great - appreciated the design more than the taste. The most disappointing part is that instead of apologizing for her lack of timeliness and organization (very disorganized both when I have visited the shop and most definitely via email) she was argumentative and shifted the blame on the customer. It’s unfortunate that customer service is not a priority for this new bake shop in which word of mouth and reputation will serve to be important.

So delicious!!! We usually go for their treats but decided to get our twin girls baptism cakes from here. Both cakes were UNREAL. So many compliments. So fresh!!! I will not go else where for a cake again.
