The location is outstanding!. So nice to get out of the city and have fresh air!
The restaurant was such a lovely surprise!
Was surprised to see how busy it was for breakfast.
You can be seated outdoor or indoor!
Sorry forgot to take pictures of the food as it arrived so late and we were famished by then. Service was slow!
They have a little library with lots of books and a souvenir store too.
A lovely view of these small planes landing and taking off

Amazing place to enjoy an airplane themed lunch or breakfast. We went back twice in 2 days my son loved it so much! Very reasonable too.

Went here today for a late breakfast, as we were in the area for an event that we also attended also a year ago to the day. We went to this place last year as well. After we got our food, we both started to remember our experience from last year, which was almost identical. You get completely ignored after your food is dropped off. We had a tough time getting more coffee and no one came around to ask if everything was ok. Food is pretty standard. So so at best. We will never go here again and regret going today. Had we remembered our experience from last year, we would not have gone back

Took my Dad here for Father's day, BIG MISTAKE lol!! I would leave less than a 1 star if I could. I don't usually write these and put reviews, but it was that bad.
The gist of it is the place was in a great area, the inside of the restaurant is unique. However, this is where the buck stops, positively speaking. Service, food and wait time..... absolutely not worth it.
It took 10 minutes just to get a table despite 4 tables being empty. Obviously, they hadn't been cleaned since the last diners. We were told after 8-10 minutes of being ignored, with a guy and his kid behind us, that we'd have to wait longer as they were busy. There were no greetings, no apologies....just a statement.
Initially, when we came in, the place was packed. The servers looked absolutely overwhelmed. There were 3 of them. At several points during our visit, all 3 servers rolled their eyes at customers. I'm not quite sure if the interaction was negative but there were no raised voices nor did the customers appear rude or angry. I don't know if they were just having a bad day.
The older brunette server (no nametags or names shared) in particular was curt (not even a fake smile until much later), unfriendly and was actually throwing things on the tables with, as little courtesy as possible. At one point, she picked up the ketchup from our table and put it on the next , without saying anything. Some tables being looked after by other servers who had ordered after us, got their food ahead of us. I actually started a stopwatch and it took them just a little over 37 minutes to get our food. This was after my dad went up and told them that we would like to cancel our order. The poor dad and his kid were in the same boat until they too, went up and did the same 15 minutes later.
The food was nothing special, we got some eggs, home fries and meat. From what I could see of most of the diners who finished, left their home fries behind in its entirety. They didn't have an ounce of crunch, were soggy and were cut too thin. They probably cooked in large batches together without waiting for it to sear before flipping them. The other dad and kid duo didn't even receive their home fries. Possibly, a win for them. The kid's dad was smart and ordered straight up fries as he saw what those homestyle fries looked like and knew his little girl would not enjoy them. My dad asked for a sunny side up and the top of the 3 eggs ended up being uncooked. The coffee was fresh but we had to wait a half hour just to get a refill despite having asked 3 times to 2 different servers. One of those times, the server actually ignored my dad while he asked for a refill until she was forced to come back to drop off food at a neighboring table...which they had brought to ours first.
Don't bother with wifi either as the connection and internet was very slow. The airport, the model planes in the cafe and the shop beside the cafe were what kept us here for the time we did. Nevertheless, you don't really have a good view of the take off and landing area from inside the cafe. You are better off bringing food from one of the other wonderful spots in the area and enjoying it on the tables near by, outside the restaurant-cafe.

Restaurantji Recommends
The atmosphere is nice. Planes come and go and its really cool to see. The restaurant, given it was fathers day it was busy but alot of times there were table empty and no real direction for a wait list. Disorganized. Once seated it took awhile to get served. But once the food came it was good. Hipe to come again on a less busy day, experience might be different

Waited an hour and a half to be told they gave our order to another table so we left.
I don't recommend this place for the following reasons-
1) we had to wait for almost an hour for our food. When asked the server, she said they're busy and we just have to wait for it. Even for water we had to wait for at least 30 minutes. When I requested th server to bring at least kids breakfast, she said the order already is in and she can't rush it. (I understand that it's father's day and the busyness, but com'on an hour wait even for the kids)
2) the potatoes in my skillet were burned and the ham wasn't cooked properly
3) the service was terrible. The server atthe cash register weren't even acknowledging the customers. Someone had to ask for attention to get ask for their food. And she printed the wrong bill for me.
4) when another family asked for the table after waiting 45 minutes, the server gave them a table and said that's all they have when the lady (customer) wanted for a table closer to the runway (mind you that the patio had only 1 family, and we were leaving)
This place is good only to see planes take off and landing. If you want to eat at the restaurant, eat at your own risk.
