I purchased a BOGO OG Chicken sandwich deal from this store around Christmas that left me bed-ridden for 4 days, straight. Something was off about the sandwich and I wish I had been more vigilant about it. The lettuce was soft and stringy, and it didn't taste right. I should have thrown it away but I paid the price for not doing so. I'd double-check whatever you purchase from this location as I was throwing up and in pain, as a result.

Ordered a pick up order 15 min before getting to the store. When I get there the store was empty and my order wasn't even started. They had to cook the beef and fries before they could make the meal. Had to wait another 10 min before I got my food. What was the point or ordering ahead?

I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience at this Burger King location. I specifically ordered a Whopper Chicken Sandwich, and even made sure to tell the lady at the counter clearly that I wanted chicken, not beef. However, I was served a beef Whopper instead.
Unfortunately, I only realized this after taking two bites — which was already enough to break my religious beliefs and personal feelings. This was not just a simple mistake with food; it was something that deeply hurt me.
I even have dash cam video clearly showing that I ordered a chicken sandwich. I’m not writing this review for a replacement meal or refund — this is about responsibility, respect, and trust.
Such mistakes can have serious emotional and religious consequences, and I sincerely hope Burger King takes this issue seriously and trains staff to handle orders with more care and attention.

Stopped by for a quick bite and was pleasantly surprised! The service was fast, the staff were friendly, and everything we ordered hit the spot. We’ve lived in the neighbourhood for 4 years and only just visited this Burger King for the first time two weeks ago and now my kids won’t stop asking to go back! 😂
The service was amazing, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the food was fresh and came out super quick. My kids actually said they’d rather come here than McDonald’s and McDonald’s has a play place! That says a lot.
We’re definitely adding this spot to our regular list for fast food. Thanks for making our first visit such a great one! 👏🍔🍟

The only reason I’m deducting a point is because your English muffins need to be toasted more for the breakfast sandwiches in my opinion. That’s my personal preference.
Updated 20250414. Still great breakfast. Still need to toast their English muffins more. Great little packs of hash browns. I enjoyed them! Take advantage of the breakfast special if you can. Good deal. Nice cold refreshing milk.
