Great value for your money! The prices are great and the daily specials are even better. Full rack of ribs $15 on Wednesdays! The food is good and the desserts are large portions and delicious. Must try the butter toffee bread pudding

Surf and turf for $25. Its a no brainer. Was a bit disappointed they didn't have any calamari, but the wings I got in lieu of them were prepared well.

Visited over the long weekend so take this with a grain of salt.
The service was sparse (Again, long weekend so this can be the primary variable) and it took a long time for the food to come out. Me and my son ordered burgers and they were a solid 5 out of 10. Nothing to write home about.
Will I come again, no, other options exist for the same price point where I know I won’t be disappointed and the quality of service and speed of delivery are higher.
Oh and also, it was so cold inside the building!
Sorry Chucks, just not a fan. Having the motorcycle in the front foyer is cool, but the vibe of the building fell apart once I sat down.

I stopped by Chuck’s Roadhouse on August 6th for a solo dine-in visit. I confirmed with the hostess that the rib special was dine-in only and chose to sit at the bar. After receiving my food, I ate a few fries and asked for a takeout container.
When paying, the server commented, “Next time it’s dine-in only for the half-off deal,” implying I hadn’t eaten enough. I explained I DID dine in and I have an eating disorder and that these solo outings are part of my healing process... her response felt insensitive and judgmental — especially since no one checked on me DURING the meal but she felt it was appropriate to make that comment to me after the fact.
I’m a regular at Chuck’s as my partner and I usually have a good experience at other locations, unfortunately this hasn't been the first time we experienced lack of good customer service here but this interaction in particular was upsetting and deeply personal.
A reminder that not all struggles are visible, kindness and understanding go a long way!
I hope management can take this as an opportunity to better train staff on compassion and discretion!

Went there just last night. Food has improved immensely since my first time going. Got the cheesesteak and I thought it was very good, but could stand to use a bit more cheese. Overall it’s a bit better than your average chain. Service was more middling as our waitress was very nice and brought us extra spoons for dessert. Our food also came out quickly after one another. However, it took a while for our order to be taken and plates to be taken away. I feel as though prices are a bit better than that of other chains like Kelsey’s.

It was moderately busy with a few people at the bar and a bug group of kids celebrating their team of baseball. The service was good, the food was alright. I had a burger and fries - it was dry, and the toppings were fresh. My husband had the teryaki steak, and he said it was edible but nothing special. My one friend had the ribs, which she said were good, but the only thing she had was gravy, and she said tasted burnt. My other friend had steak, which she said was overdone, but the seasoning tasted good. I dont think we will be back, but it was worth the try.
