You know the service is bad when it's worse than brampton locations. I came to get some food after work around 3:40am. I waited about 5 minutes after saying hello into the intercom multiple times. No response. As I'm leaving, I see an employee or superstar sitting down by the front windows just on their phone. I never bother to complain about things, but I will be contacting headquarters regarding this. At the late night hours, I will be spending my money at burger king in brampton past my house instead of coming here. Unacceptable.

Tonight at exact 3:50AM me and another cars were at the drive thru waiting for so long no one answered, they would look at us and would ignore us, knock on the window knock on the door they would just look at us and do nothing there was a lady and 2 guys but i believe there was another lady, you guys lost 6 costumers in a fraction of 20 minutes. So this Macdonalds says they are open 24 hour but in reality they are not, this is not the first time this happen! And it's always the same people, is this normal ? I won't be coming here no more.

Went there last night. Team was trying their best. Even though got wrong order, they happily fixed everything. Female Manager was great. Her team was awesome. I enjoyed my visit. 😂. Young potential, One funny guy drinking juice thought out the shift🤣
