We came through the drive-thru, and the service was very fast. I got my food quickly, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. The employees were friendly and served with a smile, which made the experience even better.

Services poor floors dirty bad example of fast food
The order was mixed up. Tables dirty, when asked to clean the tables, the staff ignorred my request. The bathroom was disgustingly dirty. Few people asked to have it cleaned, but the staff ignored it again. Extremly disappointing experience.

My mother and I are regulars that come twice a week when going to Brampton. Never once have we gotten our proper order, but I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt since I worked in food service for nearly 4 years, I understand how stressful juggling work with personal life can be, but I'm no longer giving the benefit of the doubt for this location. Today, we got a 10 pc nugget combo with a large upgrade to the fries, then a crispy ranch wrap, as well with a double cheeseburger and a medium coke. Right now, I'm looking at the receipt in front of my face, with the wrap beside me comparing the crispy/grill sticker to what I asked for on my receipt. My receipt says crispy, which yes, I wanted that, but I look at the sticker on my wrap, and it says grilled. I should have reported a couple weeks ago when I watched a fruit fly come out my wrap wrapper before eating, but I gave the benefit of the doubt. Do something about the employees, FFS.

The food was cold. Fries cold and stale. Big Mac messy and cold.. 50 bucks worth of horrible McDonald's. I would rather go to McDonaldâs Bolton ( fantastic) and bring it back to Caledon!â and it would still be warm and fresh.
