I work in Caledon East so quite often I order from this location for lunch, and I have always had an amazing experience. Food is always made quickly and is piping hot when I go to pick it up. The daytime worker I see throughout the work week (I apologize, I wish I knew her name) is lovely!

I waited more than 40 minutes past the time they said it would be ready. Over 1 hour. There were 2 people working. They were screaming at each other in their language. She was banging and dropping pans. He left. The delivery drivers were just standing round laughing. All the orders were backed up. The Uber driver was waiting longer than me. Thwre was a lot of customers just waiting. They ran out of boxes. The phone was ringing and no one to answer. I know it's busy but this is now the 4 the bad experience. I go once a week to this location. The first time she burnt my pizza. They remade it with a long wait. I don't know what happened to the original lady Jo at the counter but clearly they have problems. You need to bring back Jo. Whovever is working there now is awful. I will not be ordering from here any more

Their store front people are rude and arrogant, they put you on hold without even letting you know, you are wondering whether you are on hold or line has been dropped. The girl on the reception doesn’t even know the meaning of the “customer service”.

Sam is so incredible!! I know that when I see her in store my pizza will be PERFECT also golden brown perfectly cooked crust and the ideal toppings. She is always so welcoming and kind.

Just ordered delivery from here food came very fast and as we ordered it. Delivery driver Ekam jot was very professional.
We placed an order and selected delivery, we got a call stating that we are busy so we said no worries we will come pick the order up since we have kids hungry. We order the pan Large Nashville hot and instead got a non pan medium in an extra large box. I called the location immediately and the girl said sorry it’s the right pizza but big box, they were too busy to fix the issue. I have had Pizza Hut for the last 25 years but I’m shocked at the poor service and care to fix this issue!

Pizza Hut Caledon - One of the best pizza places Ive been! Went this labour day weekend, it was busy but staff are very friendly and accommodating. Ordered the create your own pizza - stuffed crust 👌👌 with black olives, maple bacon, pepperoni, and italian sausage. Also ordered the wings in honey garlic and garlic parmesan dip 👌👌 There are few seats inside but there are more picnic tables outside. Enjoyed our pizza and wings with the breeze of the summer air. I genuinely encourage to go to this branch! 🙌
