When we walked in it smelled Like rotten fish and we should have just walked out because the food was tasteless, cold and the service was even worse. We love to support small businesses rather than big box fast food places. Next time we are in Bolton we certainly will not stop in here. My food came 20 minutes after everyone else's. The potatoes were cold and my food was brought to someone else's table before it was realized that it belonged at my table. Everyone was ready to leave from my table and I was so disappointed with my food I asked to have my meal refunded and was refused and only offered a store credit. The staff was so so rude except the wonderful girl who was there on her day off and she tried to make things right. My husband was threatened by a staff member and sworn at. Just overall the very worst restaurant experience I've ever had personally. Definitely not recommended

Great food, reasonable prices, the owner is a great guy. The food is a much higher quality than fast food places like McDonalds or Wendy's, you can taste the difference. Also, the toppings are really fresh and tasty on their hamburgers (this review is based on their hamburgers). They recently renovated, so it's nice. This is a great fast food place, I love eating here.

Me and my partner‘s stomach hurt very bad, for 2 days, after eating here. The fries were somehow raw, and stale, at the same time. (probably rotten)The food and place smell very moldy and sour. Honestly we shouldn’t have eaten as soon as we smelt our plates. But yeah I suspect the food being served is days old, and poorly stored, how else can I eat Tim Hortons and feel great, but eat here and have a horrible stomach ache for days?I suggest steering clear and eating at the many better places, just around the block, that don‘t give people food poisoning (Cheeks, Heritage, Caledon Curry & Cocktail, Stacked).

It’s my go-to place in town. Little store above the cafe is quaint and the food is good. The cafe has lots of character.
