Pathetic customer service. employe don’t even know how to talk to customer, Very rude, no proper hygiene followed, touching mask and making sandwich with same hand without even washing hands came here for festive fave meal and she doesn’t even know what comes in it. Even potato rings were under cooked. She just got those from freezer and toasted it. It supposed to be done in oven at 400c for 8 mins. Not at all coming at this location ever and definitely going to talk to head office about this.
The portion of chicken they served me this evening was actually saddening.

Guy who works at night is so stingy literally put 3 small pieces of tomatoes and puts about 2 small pinches of lettuces covering less than half of the sub and about 5 onion strands and that's a footlong sandwich I had to ask for more of everything. and this location is missing a few toppings that other locations always have like green olives and onion straws I'm giving 2 stars because he put a normal amount of sauces without asking twice

I recently visited the Subway in Caledon East and had a mixed experience. Kaniket, a staff member, was amazing—friendly and courteous, making the visit pleasant. However, another staff member who came from the back was less impressive. She was sniffing and, when I asked if they had crispy onions, she curtly said no. I then asked for a free cookie, to which she also responded negatively. Her harshness, combined with the slightly stale Italian herbs and cheese bread, brought down the overall experience. Despite Kaniket's excellent service, I have to rate this location a 4 out of 5.
