Horrible experience twice at this location. Apparently you're not allowed to order a chicken sandwich unless it's toasted. I've ordered it this way at dozens of locations for years. Simranjeet has now claimed twice that the meat is NOT cooked. IF the meat wasn't actually cooked, how can you expect it to cook in 12 seconds under a toaster. Simranjeet has now refused service twice, once to myself and tonight to my husband. Our mistake for going back a second time. After seeing how many 1 star reviews there are, Subway really needs to step in and evaluate this location.

I am currently on the Caledon East Subway. My daughter asked for a girl who works here, her name Laksniska for a sandwich 5 Footlongs under $10. I asked for my special Tuna Footlongs and my daughter ask for chicken.
When I went to pay our order, the girl charged me $33,30 and I asked why that price since the sandwiches were $10 each plus taxes.
The girl started yelling at me, was extremely rude and I asked for information from her and the person in charge of the store. She just gave me her name and I asked for the manager's email or contact and she didn't give it to me.
She is still rude and I said that I would complain about her and she said to me, You feel like it.
It is this kind of people that we do not want in our town, girls without training, do not know how to serve customers or respond to each question responsibly.
I'll be back here until I find the manager of this store.

I came with my elder parent, and I noticed the staffs are not maintaining proper hygiene (before they serve or preparing the order). Also I was trying to communicate with person in-charge (she also refused to talk and take my complaint) I will never recommend this restaurant in my entire life.

Food was good, only complaint I have is that the owner had only one staff scheduled to work on Caledon day in the evening (June 14 2025). That poor girl was rushed off her feet. I hope the owner gives her some sort of bonus. She had lineups out the door and working by herself! Drove by and lined up out the door. Went in around 10:30pm, she said she was just beat, she looked tired. I didn’t catch the young ladies name but she was flustered which is understandable.
Poor planning by management! Great work by the girl working. She was still positive and very apologetic for the wait times.

Subway never fails to impress, and the experience at this location was nothing short of excellent! The fresh ingredients, clean atmosphere, and efficient service made my visit truly enjoyable. A special shoutout to Kinjal, the best manager ever! Her warm and welcoming demeanor, along with her attention to detail, ensured that every customer was well taken care of. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend this Subway – Kinjal and her team are fantastic!
