This has got to be one of the nicest, friendliest and cleanest Tim Hortons I've been to and I've been to a lot. I live in Ottawa but had to come to Toronto today so we stopped here on our way back. My hubby and I were quite impressed. Well done all!!

Customer service sucks, they just stare at you with blank faces , after you say have a nice day , or hello , or thank you .. would be nice to hear this back sometime … Pre ordered many times to arrive to them not even started the order .. inventory at night is limited , routinely sold out of items … they take no pride in there jobs … Drive through window is fast though atleast that’s a good thing .

It is very good experience ordering at Tim’s location of Caledon ON 9 where the excellent team members working hard and provided my fresh order within seconds hassle free such a great team work and manager was very polite humble named Navjot Kaur wish this branch would have more team members like Navjot

I have been to other locations as well but never found such concerned team members
