Happened upon this food truck while passing through Caledonia. I had the chicken quesadilla with hot sauce. It was super fresh and flavourful! The hot sauce was smoky and had a great kick! Nice job, Chapas crew!

I was lucky enough to find this little Mexican food truck. Their food is so authentic it reminds me of the last time I was in Mexico. Each taco is filled with perfectly seasoned fresh cooked meat. Garnished with just the right amount of toppings and dripping with flavor. The tortillas are also super tasty. The quesadilla was stuffed full of cheese and chicken and tasted delicious. The sauces are perfect. And the Churros are to die for! Regular kind are my favorite. Price point I found to be very good value and we all left full and satisfied. Will definitely be back for more and trying out other menu items! If you love authentic mexican taste, then I recommend putting this spot on your hit list. Great work guys! You have a winning menu. We finally had a chance to try Chapas and we weren't disappointed. This has to be some of the best Mexican food I've ever had. Tacos are small but mighty filled to the brim with meat. Beans and rice are perfect. Highly recommend Chapas!

We came to Chapa’s around 7:30pm the first time. Ordered a 4 different tacos (asada, carnita, pezcado and pollo), a side of guac and chips, churros and Jarritos. Despite reaching there near closing time, the food was made fresh to order and so delicious. There was generous servings of meat in all the food items. We enjoyed it so much that we had to come back a few days later with friends. The second time around we also ordered the loaded fries and carnitas torta, which to no surprise was also delicious. Service was awesome as well. Will be my go to place when I come to visit Caledonia.

The food was so yummy! Me and my sister loved their steak tacos. They are also able to adjust the spicy levels which is perfect for those of us who can’t handle spicy foods. Will be back to try the burritos!
