Whether it’s the Caledonia or the Cayuga location this is the place to go for all your supplements or natural/health needs. Their knowledge and expertise are superb!! I have so many reviews that I could document but I’ll just post my most recent. I went in for my monthly stock and was chatting with the store associate when I mentioned I was having issues with irritated skin, scratching, occasional hives. Needless to say I left with Nettle tea and Quercetin and my symptoms have subsided. Amazing results!!! Let the professionals help you. You won’t be disappointed.

Tried calling multiple times during open hrs, no answer so I can't really give a 5 star review, wanted to know if they had a specific product, no answer so went elsewhere where I did get an answer over the phone. Sorry ever-well.
This holistic store is a real gem! The owner is very knowledgeable, and any employee I’ve ever had an interaction and has been friendly, calm and knowledgeable, and helpful as well. I vitamins, supplements, nutritional items, metaphysical items, incense, and lots of lovely gifts. Plenty of parking. I’ve been a regular since I moved to Caledonia. Fantastic to not have to drive far or go to a mall. Support local every chance you get!
