Deep fried food was greasy and tasted like it was cooked in dirty oil. Had the super dinner for 4 and was very disappointed. Needs to be fresher ingredients and everything was over cooked and soggy.
The special written on a brown paper bag is awful looking.

Haven’t gone in years, but the food was really good. Only thing I would really change is maybe update the building a bit, but other than that I’m super happy with my experience.

Good quality and low price. The most affordable Chinese food I have eaten here. The portion is plentiful and tastes good. Our whole family orders food here every day.

Just a heads up that the restaurant recently changed ownership and the featured menu pictures on Google are not longer relevant - I have attached pictures of the new menu down here.

The food isn't bad for the price.

The store itself is a small takeout counter with a table or two.

1.Soon as I walked in it smelled musty.
2. Dude was friendly
3. I order dinner for 1 - chicken balls, rice, chow mein and honey garlic wings
4. Rice is mushy
5. Wings taste burnt and the sauce was not good.
6. Ate some of it cos I didn't wanna waste $40 but I don't recommend this place anymore.

Pad Thai was red chicken ball sauce... or a shade off it. Beef and broccoli an odd colour and very salty... large portions...

I ate their when the new owners took over awhile back and I didn't like it . Today I gave then a second chance and it was so good. Sometimes it shows never judge a restaurant by the first time you go, never be scared to try again. Chinese is so good their now

New owners and the quality of the food has gone from fresh ingredients at an acceptable price to inferior food that seems it's been nuked. This was our favourite Caledonia restaurant under the old management but now, forget it. The prices alone are enough to make you think twice about ordering from here. One taste of the food will convince you to give this place a miss in the future. Sadly, in Caledonia there is no other viable alternative for Chinese food. I value my health too much to even consider Grand Chow Mein House.

The food had tangish taste to it, which did feel like Chinese fast food.

We have ordered here in the past and enjoyed the food. We just ordered for the first time since new owners took over and the quality is horrible.
You can tell they are cheaping out on quality. The shrimp use to be my favorite but the new version is horrible.
Everything was overly salty the sweet and sour sauce was disgusting. Nothing was enjoyable.
We basically tossed $100 bucks down the drain.
Unfortunately, we will not be returning and will not recommend this place.

This was a favourite of my husband and I for many years, the dumplings in particular. We were not aware that it had changed owners and phoned in our usual order for pick up. We were shocked at the price, and then extremely disappointed that the dumplings are nothing like they were before....different dumpling, different sauce, and now deep fried instead of pan fried. They were truly awful. I am posting this not to harm the new owners, as the rest of their food might be wonderful, but rather to prevent another regular from the same disappointment we just had if they aren't aware of the changes.
Sadly this will be removed from our date night rotation now. :(

Got the egg noodles and some fried chicken balls. The person taking our order was super patient and accomadating. He ensured our order was correct and was willing to customize to our likings. He was pleasent, considerate, and friendly. In terms of the food, it was great! The egg noodles were stir-fried to perfection and the chicken balls were crispy and juicy. I think the egg noodles were the best I’ve had. A great meal for us…we will be coming back!

Second time eating here since the new owners. First time was flavorless, second time was the wrong order, mushy rice and gooey sauce. Will not be eating here again.
