What a gem. I recently discovered how much I enjoy fish and chips after visiting Scotland with my wife, and was pleased to discover we have a local chippy! It was absolutely delicious, lots of attention to detail (condiments, holes poked in the boxes to keep the fish crispy, etc.), and very friendly service. This is an example of a place that earns their good reviews! Some additions to the menu would take them from a 5/5 to a 6/5 (deep fried sausage, thick curry sauce, some of the British fair!)

I went here for the first time today. Portions are large and prices are good. Very tasty fries and perfectly battered fish. Too bad I live in Hamilton, since I'd go here often.
The lady that took our order was so kind to us . I loved all of the food ( we ordered perch , halibut , pickle fry and mushrooms) it's one of the best fish and chips I ever had and one of the best experiences I ever had . Please I beg you to make the effort to eat there and support them . They are amazing ? (p.s reasonable prices as well! )
