In the past year I've ordered about 4 times. Only once was I satisfied. The Oil doesn't seem to get changed very often and shows up black in the bucket. 3/4 times the chicken came out very dark. The chicken skin (best part) is tastless, soft and floppy, and very greasy. I used to like it the next day after spending a night in the fridge but no more. Since I'm over 50 and have been eating this my whole life I do feel something has changed recently. Service was fine. Just the food disappointed.
Parking: Usually go before school lets out so empty when I visit.

This KFC doesn’t taste like KFC. It’s like they only used 7 out of the 11 secret herbs and spices. The gravy was off as well. The chicken was cooked well and tasted like average fried chicken cooked at home.

We recently visited the KFC store and had a good experience. The store is conveniently located with ample parking, making it easy to stop by. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made my visit even more pleasant. Inside, the store was clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable atmosphere. The food was fresh and delicious, although a bit salty. The chicken pieces were a bit small and sometimes a bit greasy. Additionally, the exterior of the building could use some work. Overall, this KFC location offers excellent service, cleanliness, and tasty food. Great deals and can get food at a reasonable price

simply asked for two spoons and was given attitude and then when I opened the package, it was two forks so I had to go to the store and buy a whole pack
After coaxing my wife this would be a good choice, today I am surprised I'm allowed in the house. We ordered 6 piece bucket with a large cole slaw and large fries for pick=up. Both the fries and slaw were OK. But it is called KFC! The oil and grease drenched sextet of poorly prepared pieces is what be got. The skin actually slid off the chicken. Not a crisp bit to be found. If Col.S could have seen this.......S@4#5 !!

Had the most atrocious experience at this location. STAY AWAY!!! 1. Forgot our fries 2. Didn't get our salad order right 3. Burnt chkn 4. Asked to replace with white meat...mine was dark 5. All 4 staff on deck to deal with situation while leaving other customers waiting 5. White meat super dry and skin rubbery 6. Again, wrong salad order 7. Gravy lumpy 8. What more can I say other than I can squeeze oil from my chicken!!!! Luckily they did eventually did comp the "food"

I can't comment on the food since it's been a long time since I've ordered here, but just driving by it the way the outside is kept (landscaping) it looks like it's been completely let go. I get the sense that the owner simply doesn't care anymore. Please, either shape this place up or make room for something better.

Very dirty tables and washrooms even the cash front didn't look like surfaces get wiped...the manager and one female worker in the front working the cash register was very rude and clearly did not want to be there... The chef in the back though, the one guy he was cool smiling and genuine..my advice is if you don't like your job get one that you like... No need to take out your frustrations on innocent hungry customers. The owner should find people who want to work in customer service because I believe those females are sabotaging that place it did not used to be like that there... Thanks anyways we won't be back.
Dietary restrictions: So I went in there specifically explaining what I wanted and needed the girl working the cash told me what I ordered didn't have what I wanted which was popcorn chicken and fries .. made me order a whole nother thing I paid over 50$ because I also tipped them when I received my food I ended up getting double of everything I asked for and what I originally ordered was more than enough.... I think there was some sort of misunderstanding but then again was very clear and when I went back the second time to fix the mistake it was very obvious the females there had some sort of issue personally and were taking it out on myself and my daughter.... Oh well wish them the best I will not be going back there....
