So rude, order completely wrong. Cold, not warm, fries . Everytime we go it’s bad, we had faith, gave it 4 chances, no more.And the bucket of chicken was so greasy and not cooked, I mean it was disgusting. Not a single family member would eat it. And it’s not the first time. Makes us sad, we used to enjoy KFC.

Absolutely garbage service. Messed up the order so had to go back fries were soggy and cold. Upgraded to the mega fries and paid extra for maybe 5 more fries the bags are almost the exact same size. Ignorant staff shitty food will never go back

This location I’ve mostly only had bad experiences, Luke warm food, wrong orders, rude staff, dirty store, closed early, this place seems cursed in that they cannot get good staff and it’s run poorly. I would avoid this location at all cost.
Also the store manager Gurvinder I think is his name is horrible, walked in, 3 people waiting to order and he stood there talking to his friend and waited to finish his conversation before serving us, he got our orders wrong and then blamed it on the other worker and was extremely unpleasant in his attitude. He also used ChatGPT to write a review for his own store what a clown and I wouldn’t be surprised if he gets his friends/family to leave 5 star reviews so the store doesn’t show its true rating which is probably 2/5 or less. I rarely say this but I HATE this location, I’m never coming back here, absolutely useless.
