I have lived in Caledonia for over 30 years and I don’t know whats happened to our McDonalds but the food quality and service has significantly decreased. When i do get the correct order the fries are always cold even after I request a newly made batch. Let me emphasize always check your order because it is rarely correct. Not sure what is going on but an improvement is needed!

Usually order from the app here and never had any issues. It usually pretty busy and I'm alright with waiting the extra time. It has never taken too long. Quality of food has always been good.

Tried to get a coffee using the drive through.... Horrible... Waited for a ridiculous amount of time. Was able to get out of line. Drove away. Never again! Wow! Horrible!
Had to give it one start. Way too good! They should have dog poop for bad experience! Never again!

We were at the store with our pickup order and the night staff told us that they will not serve us.There was a blonde lady with glasses she told us to go because the store is closed and she WILL not serve us from the drive thru. SHE CANCELLED MY ORDER ...!!! Which I already ordered prior online from Mcdonalds applications. It was our first time ordering through the app and this happened with us Will not order from here ever again and not recommended to go there and also it was my first Racist experience in Canada. Worst staff I've ever seen she saw us we requested for 5 to 10 mins and then waited outside still no answer. She was looking at us from inside giving us looks and we were told twice to leave the place. All I wanted was just some Fries...!!!

I was very disappointed with my recent visit. The food quality was below expectations—cold and not fresh. On top of that, a staff member named Samn was extremely rude and unprofessional, which made the experience even worse. I expect better service and food standards from McDonald’s.

A good example of how a McDonald's should be. Only improvement would be to watch for people at the desk wanting to order. I find personnel are in the back too long while a customer wait with cash in hand. Very minor but it will take you to the next level of service I find at McDonald's. Good work team!

I’ve frequented this location for over 20yrs. Since the new ownership has changed, bathrooms, windows, kiosk, tables, floors are always filthy!!! After noticing this seems to be the norm now, I finally confronted the manager and also noted I’ve never seen even a cleaning schedule in any of the washrooms, she told me that they don’t pay their employees to clean the washrooms, they have hired someone who comes in only TWICE a day. I said that’s absolutely unacceptable for a billion dollar company. There is absolutely no reason why someone isn’t continually ensuring garbages are emptied, tables are wiped regularly, floors should be cleaned and washrooms should be checked regularly and cleaned as required at a bare minimum. This used to be the standard of McDonald’s at any other location I’ve ever visited. Having worked in the food industry when I was young, I was told if you want an idea of how clean the kitchen of a restaurant is, check their bathrooms 🙄 please do better…

Getting my son to write this since I can’t : Place was fairly clean food was exactly what you would expect from McDonald’s ! Not bad but obviously not anything fancy. But the staff was another story .most of the workers seemed fine the manager with the glasses was very nice ! But there was a short woman in the kitchen arena named teaah who was extremely sassy with me and my son for what seems like no reason I don’t think it’s fair workers are treating me and my son
I know the washrooms require a key for access, but it is really disconcerting to not have a deadbolt from the inside to lock as well.

I don't know. It's McDonald's. If there was a place that didn't need a review, it would be McDonald's. It was 11am, and we were a little hung over, so the food was needed. Reasonably clean eating area.

The coke fountain drink tastes not like coke but vaguely of root beer. I've tried three times this month and the same each time. Wish they would fix this because I'd love to take advantage of more dollar drinks...
