Service was really good. That said the food was not. Chicken was super dry. I had a shawarma plate. Chicken was both stingy and dry. Probably won’t go again. Much better shawarma around for the money.

I would have recommended a specific dish but I can't, especially knowing what this franchise used to be like. If anyone remembers when this place opened, they had great quality food and did so for a few years. Now, they don't even let the vertical broiler finish cooking the chicken! They cut it off while it's still raw!! What is the point?! Then they pile the raw meat 2 feet high on the griddle and take small portions at a time to cook through leaving it chewy rather than crispy. Don't forget the meat piled on the bottom gets no attention since they just add more raw meat on top of the pile. Sam Osmow would be disgusted by what they've done to his beloved meals!

Any time i pay so much to get food here and i do pay for extra sauce i take in food too. These people never give me my food correctly. Please check your food. I asked for flafel on rocks and with extra garlic sauce they did not put garlic sauce at all and just gave me rice mostly. I would recommend to check you food before doing a pick up.
Wow. Just wow. The young lady with the bob gave me the BEST service of my entire existence. Absolutely phenomenal.Not only did she prepare my food at lightning speed, but she also sang me an opera version of ‘Happy Birthday’ even though it wasn’t my birthday. She then performed the “Griddy” with a spatula as she approached me with my food , and I think I saw her juggle three forks at one point. Very impressive, definitely give her a raise!! Literally the only reason to go here was the girl with the bob. Other than that chicken is dry and rubbery.

Allows poorly trained pet dogs into their establishment... the dog was jumping all over its owner for his food and staff didn't say anything.. chicken was also really hard to chew. Was like chewing on little rocks
