Slowest delivery ever. Takes over an hour and half for a medium Pizza delivered 6 mins away. I can order pizza from County Pizza on Upper James and it comes in less than 30 mins. Last three times we ordered deliver was 2 hours, then 1.5 hrs and again tonight over 1.5 hours. Won’t be ordering again

So I am new to the Caledonia Town and my first experience with Pizza Hut was pathetic. The manager himself named Parth was very aggressive rude, misbehaving and have zero knowledge about what is customer service or customer relation. I was just looking for napkins and he started yelling at me. He was so rude that I had to cancel my order and instead of being apologetic he just cancelled my order. I was the one still, who said sorry and he didn’t. The guy Geet who took my order and dealt with me was fine. I need to know who is the owner or operator of this franchise I have to escalate the incident.

These are the best!! This Pizza Hut has the yummiest garlic parmesan chicken wings or boneless chicken wings.! I struggle to find these to compare from anywhere I've tried! Nothing even comes close!

Unprofessional Service & No Effort to Resolve Mistake
We had a very disappointing experience with this Pizza Hut location. My son accidentally ordered a Hawaiian pizza online thinking it was a chicken pizza as part of a $10.99 deal. We don’t eat pork for personal and religious reasons, and our order history clearly shows we’ve never ordered anything with pork or beef before.
As soon as we received the pizza and realized the mistake, we called the store. We politely asked for a replacement—offering to pay the difference or get a small discount—but the request was dismissed. The staff member Jeet said he would speak with the manager, but the manager also refused to do anything.
There was no flexibility, no understanding, and no solution offered. Sadly, we had to throw the pizza away and were left without a meal that night.
This isn’t the first time we’ve experienced poor customer service at this branch, but this situation confirmed that we won’t be returning. The attitude from staff, especially the manager, was careless and unprofessional. We won’t recommend this location to anyone.

Jeet took the call and said he’d speak with the manager, but both refused to help or offer any solution. We were left with food we couldn’t eat and no support at all. This isn’t the first time we’ve experienced poor service here, but this incident was especially disappointing. The staff showed no empathy, and the manager was unprofessional and unhelpful. We won’t be ordering from this location again, and we’ll be advising friends and family to do the same. Very poor customer service.

Worst experience uncooked for the second time in a row. First, I called the store three times and no one answered. When I finally tried to place an order, the person taking it didn’t seem to know what he was doing. I asked for pesto sauce instead of the regular one, and he said, “We don’t do that,” as if he had no clue. I honestly don’t understand how someone like that gets hired.
What kind of customer service is this? To make things worse, I asked for chili flakes at the end and was told, “We don’t do that,” again.
Seriously—do you want to run a business or not? This level of service is completely unacceptable.
