Is this place under new ownership? The last few times we went was absolutely awful.
8/10 times what we order they “don’t have in stock.”
We ordered door dash tonight … ordered the pretzel stick - not in stock.
We ordered the potato rings and got some disgusting hockey puck hard looking bun with cheese? Or so we think? It went into the garbage.
My sub was awful. Lettuce was white, swimming in mayo. The bun was so stale and hard it was also inedible.
Won’t be back - we’ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt three times now, but holy … put some effort into what you serve.
Absolutely disgusting and a waste of money.

We waited in the restaurant for 45 minutes after our online pickup time was. Staff were totally overwhelmed and definitely not enough staff . The manager needs to do better to help the staff. Definitely terrible service but not the girls working fault. Other customers ahead of us had the same problem. And the buns were stale!

Haven’t been in forever because of their rising prices and lowering food quality but thought with the revamp it was worth another shot. Absolutely horrible food. The subs are undeniably smaller but beyond that the chicken was inedible. So much cartilage I think this must be the stuff from the killing room floor. Go 3 doors down and get a burrito.
The day time staff is always very skimpy with the toppings. They are putting less and less vegetables on the sub and usually have a bad attitude. Every time I ask for extra toppings they always get annoyed. However, I have a different experience at night. The staff is very friendly and make subs perfectly. Always add the right amount and ensure the sub is to my liking. Today will be the last day I will visit this location any time before 6pm. Pretty impressive to me that the kids are better at their jobs and more professional than the adults.
