Pretty average Subway sandwich experience, nothing really bad to say here, it does what a Subway does, clean store, the food isn’t winning any awards but you know that. Would be 4 stars but the prices are too high for that.

I don’t remember the name but tall lady didn’t change the used gloves for making meat sub. As I wanted to get veggie delight She must have to change the gloves. Basic understanding! Also white cheese was by mistakably slides into meat container and still she was using it for making my sub. She must throw that cheese as anyone could have religious things with meat.
But on short girl on the other section makes really good sub with toppings and excellent service by her.

The Caledonia Subway runs like a well-oiled machine. I visited at 6:50 p.m. on a busy Thursday night, with a lineup nearly out the door and the staff handled it with impressive speed and efficiency. They worked seamlessly together. The restaurant was spotless, the ingredients fresh, and every sandwich was made with care. Big compliments to the team for balancing speed, quality, and excellent service. Highly recommend this location.

Been coming to the subway for a long time portions are getting very cheap. Don’t even cover the sub bun They actually shake the protein out of the cups and then try and spread it out to cover the bun. The only subway that I go to that does this.

Absolutely does not honour the app deals, and I dont really like getting crap attitude from some kid who 'needs to call corporate' over the fact that they cant figure out why one of the subs in my 'buy 2 get 1 free' deal is listed as being $0.00. Absolute nonsense.

8/10 times what we order they “don’t have in stock.”
We ordered door dash tonight … ordered the pretzel stick - not in stock.
We ordered the potato rings and got some disgusting hockey puck hard looking bun with cheese? Or so we think? It went into the garbage.
My sub was awful. Lettuce was white, swimming in mayo. The bun was so stale and hard it was also inedible.
Won’t be back - we’ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt three times now, but holy … put some effort into what you serve.
Absolutely disgusting and a waste of money.

We waited in the restaurant for 45 minutes after our online pickup time was. Staff were totally overwhelmed and definitely not enough staff . The manager needs to do better to help the staff. Definitely terrible service but not the girls working fault. Other customers ahead of us had the same problem. And the buns were stale!
