Why is it every single time i go to this location i have a bad experience? This time i asked if the milk could be added to my tea last, and i got attitude and they tried to argue with me? Why? I asked for the simplest request. Last time I visit this location.

I stood at the counter for an extremely long time. There was only 1 person ahead of me but every worker was on the drive thru and no one was helping those waiting in line inside. I really hope this terrible service changes soon.

Wonderful staff here the old lady served me very well her name is kaela
They just underwent renovations and I don’t know what happened but I’ve been there a few times since they’ve reopened and it really seems like they just don’t know what they’re doing anymore. There is no reason it should take 6-10 minutes for a drink in the drive thru at 10 o’clock at night when there’s no other cars.

first of all… didn’t even get acknowledged and stood in line (as i was the only person there) for 5 minutes while 3 workers did other things in front of me. customer service is so astonishingly poor, the older woman taking my order was a witch and didn’t have a spec of politeness in her body. will not return, get better staff!
