I live in town and frequent this location as I have had nothing but poor experiences at the north side location.
I just wanted to share a positive shout out to the young lady working the cash at around 10am today. I enjoy the hot hazelnut lattes and more often then not they are made poorly (not specific to this location just in general) & I end up throwing most of it away.
This young lady made it with love. It was absolutely delicious and her customer service was wonderful.
Along with that the gentleman, whose name I believe to be Jim, that I suspect is either the owner or a manager constantly hustles and provides the best customer care. I have seen this man juggle several food orders at once and keeps his cool as best you can in that type of environment.
Just wanted to give you all a positive shout out that is well deserved. We notice you and your efforts and we appreciate you!

Ordered mobile pickup about 15 minutes before getting to the drive thru and still had to wait. It was at 11:30pm and we were the only ones in the drive thru and no customers in the store. We finally get what we ordered only to have our ice cappes not even filled up to the rim… every iced cappe picture has it filled way past the rim and for it to be way below is pretty ridiculous. Plus they did not have the donut that I wanted which is fine due to the time of night, however I got a Boston crème instead but there were random specs found in the icing which is disgusting. Very disappointed.
