The staff were really kind and when I realized I made a mistake in my order. They were quick to make the change without hesitation. Also, very polite when taking my order. Great location!
Just want to shout out to the tall guy working this morning! He wasn't on window but brought my order over and told me they were out of biscuits... Asked would you like it on an English muffin? I said sure sounds good. He already made it as such and passed it to the girl on window. We both laughed. It's not often people are confident enough to make the decision to change something up. That helped the line to keep going and gave me a good laugh. Nothing I love more than...
I just wanted to share a positive shout out to the young lady working the cash at around 10am today. I enjoy the hot hazelnut lattes and more often then not they are made poorly (not specific to this location just in general) & I end up throwing most of it away.
This young lady made it with love. It was absolutely delicious...
