I recently visited your Caledonia location for the first time and ordered a coffee and toasted tea biscuits. When I picked up my coffee, I moved to the next pickup area, as there were two separate signs marked “Pick Up.” While waiting for my toasted biscuits, one of your staff members (a Black gentleman whose name I unfortunately don’t know) told me quite abruptly in a rude tone to return to the other pick-up spot
I understand that procedures can vary by location, but the instructions could have been communicated in a more polite and friendly manner. There were no clear indications of which pick-up sign applied to which type of order, and the staff member who handed me the coffee didn’t provide any direction either.
I didn’t mean to cause any confusion; I was simply following the visible signs. I wanted to share this feedback so that future customers can have a clearer and more welcoming experience.

Ordered a drink to be told after waiting for 15 minutes in line they can’t make it. Absolutely ridiculous. You should train your staff to know what’s in stock and not in stock before someone waits in your line that takes forever.

Terrible customer service left my wallet behind had 600 dollars stolen they gave me a hard time even when. I can back to get my wallet and wouldn’t look into if an employee took the money and managers and employees had no costumer service from the very start

Got a loaded box which had staled scrammbled eggs to the point i had a stomach ache. Was at the window being rushed i understand they are timed but DO NOT RUSH A CUSTOMERS ORDER because then you forget to do the bare minimum which is add a klenex.

I recently placed a drink order through the mobile app, but when I went through the drive-thru, the cashier asked for payment again. I mentioned it was a mobile order, but it seemed like the cashier wasn’t familiar with how mobile orders work.

Day shift is okay but never go during afternoon hours. Unless Shane is working the afternoon shift keeping the high school students in line you’ll be waiting in the drive threw with only 2 cars in front of you for a good 15 20 minutes. I have been waiting for a few weeks to put together this review and can say multiple times during afternoon hours I have waited at the speaker for 15 min with no one else even in the drive threw with me. I’m a very patient person and I have never been rude or mean to the workers here I’m leaving this review for management to see and take note of the poor performance after the managers have left for the day so that perhaps myself and others in our town can better service

Apparently they don't have enough ice in the store to give out a XL CUP ice water even after I said charge me like the rest of the stores do nope it's our choice we don't charge you and here's a medium only
