I Received a baconator with ketchup, Side Cesar (1 knife no fork). And regular coke (with sugar). I'm home now, and I've paid for a meal that I can't eat. Terrible service, I won't be back.

Food was made sloppy, missing ingredients, was cold and staff was very rude. Worst customer service I have ever had, DO NOT GO HERE TO EAT!!!!!!!! The manager had no idea what he was doing neither the staff at the back. The girl who was at the front and took my order was very awesome but the rest of the store was just horrible, the girl putting the orders together yelled at the manager because she wasn't doing her job.

Ordered a large chili and a cup of water. Server insisted that the water would cost $2.99. I refused to buy it and just bought the chili. Server didn't know or care when I told her that payment for water isn't the norm for Wendy's.

Ordered 2 junior HAMBURGERS, got 2 cheeseburgers. Didn't know until I opened them up when I was already out of town. Would have been a bonus except I don't eat cheese, hence why I didn't order cheeseburgers.

The last few times I have been here’s its been disappointing. Last time waited almost 20 minutes for our food while it sat on the back counter, then received it finally and it was cold. Now this time went through the drive thru and our food was cold once again. Really sucks since we go here when we eat out instead of another establishment, but it seems to have gone down hill the last couple months.
Just went thru the drive thru not busy at all I order the chicken strip combo with sour cream potato it's the smallest I have ever received from any Wendy's if they are that small either adjust the price or give customers and extra 1\2 of a potato to make up the size pretty pricey costing $14.00

I must say that they have very friendly staff but I must also admit that they do not have veggie sandwiche options which Brantford stores do have. I do not know the reason but they should also start coz people are also searching for veg options and at least cheap options.
Vegetarian options: They should add veggie sandwiches option for people like me ..
