Everything from the ordering to the general pick up, fill chaotic. M
none of the tables were cleaned off trays and susses still on them so we sit inside, however, we tried to make do with sitting outside, unfortunately the wasp for overwhelming.
Had to return to the counter several times to obtain different items missing from our order.

Probably the worst customer service experience of my life. The one manager is super pushy and extremely rude. I was told to wait for my food. So I did expecting them to have to cook it fresh and for it to be hot to the touch… my food was cold. When I brought it to his attention even after bare handing the patty in front of him I was still wrong and the food was “hot”.

Have gone to this location several times as I work close by. Every order ive placed ive had issues . Biggest issue is condiments. Why do you feel the need to drown the burger in sauces? Such a sloppy tasteless mess. Ask for light condiments, i get slop on a bun. So i stopped ordering burgers from you. Get the chicken strips and wait 20 mins for an order. Order just fries and 3 piece today and waited 5 mins before they even put my strips in the fryer. Another 5 mins pass and tgey say just waiting on strips n fries. Everyones in there laughing it up. Talking joking all while gradually filling orders. Worst Wendys in Moncton by far. Management there is garbage. The food is a reflection of this. I address my problem and im just stared at... yall gotta do better. 30 minute lunch and i spend 20 mins of it waiting for food smh

I went here a few weeks ago for the first time and got a burger that was undercooked with limp lettuce, and what seemed to be a burnt crispy bit at the bottom of my fries. I just though, at the time it was a burnt fry. I went back in yesterday, and made my order and sure enough I see three cockroaches running across the kitchen floor as i'm in line. I immediately walk out, and just to confirm I ask some other people who have recently gone here, and sure enough they've seen them too in the dining area in last couple weeks. You'd think you'd just shut down for a couple days to exterminate them. Management is coming across as pretty ignorant. Sorry theres no photo, wasn't really thinking of taking a picture as much as I was thinking of not bringing them home. I'm also suspect that the burnt bit in my previous order was a deep fried roach...Gross

Can’t get a thing right at this location. Imagine having a promo meal and not giving the promo sauce. Save your money and skip this location
I ordered nuggets as well as a Frosty and a baked potato through the drive-thru. They shorted me three nuggets so I only got half the amount I was supposed to get. the frosty was not completely full, an inch from the top at least and it was a small Frosty and they didn't give me any utensils to eat my Frosty or potato with.

Alot of issues with our food, bathrooms were out of soap in both bathrooms. Ketchup pump was empty and gone! Outside was very dirty, & I didn't get a receipt after I asked for one..
