We made a special trip with all the hype and online positive reviews, and I'm really confused The poutine I ordered, most of the fries weren't fully cooked, my onion rings were the only thing I finished. I wasn't impressed with the bathroom facilities which was an outhouse; afraid of the possibility of it tpping over; and no sink available for hand washing either! The fork is nothing to rave about! I don't know what all the fuss is about! We went there because of all the hype online, but we were very disappointed. The fries in the poutine were hard, my hotdog was good but so sloppy. When I opened the foil, there was mustard, relish and onions all over the top of the bun instead of inside. The only thing that was really good were the onion rings. Very crunchy and tasty. They have a porta potty for public toilet, but it was on a slant. We won't be giving them...
We were heading back from a day trip to North Bay while at a cottage in Port Loring. We were pleasantly surprised by the kind service and quality of the food.
