Had a great experience at this A&W thanks to December. She was nice, attentive, polite, and genuinely caring, which really made the visit enjoyable. She handled my order smoothly and made me feel welcomed from start to finish. The food was fresh and served quickly. Definitely a location I’d be happy to return to.

Love the Pret Coffee here. It’s much smoother and tastes great. Switched from Tim’s. Also the service is amazing. Lovely people at the drive thru and orders are always communicated correctly. Refreshing.

My go to was always Wendy's and I like the Big Mac and Whopper.

I do like a&w but it never seems to hit the spot like the others.

I can't quite put my finger on it.

One time I went there for breakfast and the coffee was boiling hot and bitter. The hash brown was greasy. The sandwich was ok.

I was here last month I was driving by and decided to get something.

Way too much money for what you get and no large drink option will keep me from coming back or at least regularily.

I stopped going to all fast food places so don't be offended.

i ordered a chicken buddy burger through my mobile app and i picked my order. when i reached home and checked it, i found that they only served me chicken patty wrapped in lettuce and i am shocked i mean where on earth restaurant serve burger without bun i don’t know whats wrong with the person who prepared my order.

The food here is great, the staff are friendly, and it’s a nice quiet place to eat, but the cleanliness really needs attention. There were flies all over the place, the tables were sticky, and even the floors felt sticky, which made the overall dining experience uncomfortable. A little effort in keeping the space clean would make a huge difference.

This is by far the best A&W I have visited due to fresh hot food, and the stellar service provided by their staff, in particular Moksh and Joshua. These two are not only genuinely friendly, but also make direct eye contact with each customer (a rare thing in fast food!), are attentive to details, and in every way make each customer feel seen and heard. I was particularly impressed with Joshua's handling of a person who was having trouble explaining what he wanted in broken English. Joshua was very patient as he tried to figure out what the man wanted, even coming around the counter to look at the menu with the customer, and eventually settling on exactly what the customer wanted, even checking it with the customer before he handed it over. Very impressed!

On Wednesday sep 3 approximately at 0710 pm went to drive through. The lady was very nice and my order was fresh and warm .
