The food here is great, the staff are friendly, and it’s a nice quiet place to eat, but the cleanliness really needs attention. There were flies all over the place, the tables were sticky, and even the floors felt sticky, which made the overall dining experience uncomfortable. A little effort in keeping the space clean would make a huge difference.

This is by far the best A&W I have visited due to fresh hot food, and the stellar service provided by their staff, in particular Moksh and Joshua. These two are not only genuinely friendly, but also make direct eye contact with each customer (a rare thing in fast food!), are attentive to details, and in every way make each customer feel seen and heard. I was particularly impressed with Joshua's handling of a person who was having trouble explaining what he wanted in broken English. Joshua was very patient as he tried to figure out what the man wanted, even coming around the counter to look at the menu with the customer, and eventually settling on exactly what the customer wanted, even checking it with the customer before he handed it over. Very impressed!

On Wednesday sep 3 approximately at 0710 pm went to drive through. The lady was very nice and my order was fresh and warm .

Its your regular A&W, but this one for sure has one of the nicest staff!!
Been there a few times at this point and each time I’ve found their customer service to be fantastic!!

Drive through was horrible waited almost 25 minutes food was cold didn't put the proper stuff in the bag the girl at the draft room is very rude very sarcastic I will never go there again this is the first and last time I'm going to a and W there was a huge lineup of cars and all she could say yes oh we're busy and I asked her if my sauces were in the bag and she said yes I asked if the fries were fresh and she said yes and everything was cold and the burger was just sloppy to throw in the bag

Worst restaurant I have visited
The service is very slow and the manager named Aisha is very rude towards customers and staff. I wouldn’t ever visit this location again.
